Live updates but learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can utilize this on our secure network but it can be challenging to develop your own sheets if you havent learned how to manipulate the system. I love that an entire team of people can access this document. As a "user" it is very friendly and updates are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Building your own sheets require some training and are not as easy as "google sheets" (for live updates ) or excel sheets just for files. The integration of excel formulas is not as easy, but with frequent use, I am certain it will be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automated emails to confrim tasks are being accomplished

Use cases are limited; I don't know if I'm utilizing all the available features

Smartsheet allows me to gather information from a large group of people in an organized fashion.
Good place for project management but can be better
What do you like best about the product?
Not very difficult to use. But at times, to undo... things can get ugly. More user docs/training videos on youtube can be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have timelines and want to see them in a gantt chart... it tries to fit everything in the same page/view and it's not pretty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a portfolio and reporting are not easy. Smartsheet definitely helps me capture that important info but with a few kinks.

It offers shared data, it's easy to use, it's easily accessible across multiple platforms, and it supports SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't even come close to offering what Excel does. Annoying sales folks.

Coordination, collaboration, and project management.

I like the ease of creating forms, and the automations.

The system is not user friendly, and requires a lot of time for training.

A centralized location that all users can use even when they are on government software.

What do you like best about the product?
Tailored and locked sheets. Keep all your information in a secure location. There are numerous features and is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to locate files and to download files.

Stores our required information in one loaction. Items such as HR registers, Business plans, code of conducts, Plant and Heavy vehcile maintenance records

What do you like best about the product?
The different views that Smartsheet offers are useful for task lists. We are now able to keep the standard list format, a calendar, and an individualized task list of what our team has assigned to each member. We use these features daily. Our team has also utilized the support/training offerings, which helped us get this tool off the ground.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there are more features we could be utlilizing, but I'm having a hard time figuring out where they are/how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have to keep separate Excel sheets for our tasks, with no calendar view. Now we have all of that in one convenient place.

The ability for multiple source to access and modify with realtime updating.

Can be a little rigid in ability to modify
