What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, extremely useful for making project schedules. Convenient access options with different levels of access for all Project team and some other relevant personnel
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor issues with transferring from and to MS Project. Some functionality is missing compares to MS Project

Furthermore, I find Smartsheet visually functional, which enhances my day-to-day workflow. The initial setup was straightforward, making it hassle-free to integrate into my tasks. Overall, these features provide a satisfying and efficient experience, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending Smartsheet a strong 9 out of 10.

Although we haven't fully utilized all its features yet, the basic storage functions already meet our current needs efficiently. I also appreciate that many of the setups within Smartsheet were pre-configured, which simplified the initial setup process for me, contributing to a hassle-free start. Overall, Smartsheet has proven to be a useful and supportive tool in managing and organizing our data.

It is important to have a clear project plan that outlines the various levels of dependency between tasks.
A Solution for Database Management and Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
We needed something that allows us to maintain a database and conduct surveys. It can do both. The system is relatively easy to use. We use it very frequently with involving many people as guest users, and we don't have any trouble with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not very flexible. It would be nice to have more flexibility on the survey forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a database of potential partners and a tool for conducting surveys. Other solutions on the market are overpriced or have insufficient tools and flexibility. The Smartsheet offers a reliable solution for a reasonable price.

Overall, Smartsheet delivers on usability and functionality, making it a valuable asset in my workflow.

I find it difficult on occasion to locate sheets that I specifically created. A separate 'Created by me' section would be a helpful addition.

I use Smartsheet to streamline creating training records and customer feedback forms, solving form distribution issues. Its intuitive nature and data tracking ease enhance our internal processes.
Collaborative and practical database for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
The practicality, and the fact that we have an entire database accessible by everyone within the company and modifiable by each person in real-time. The customer support is very responsive, although there are not often issues. I use it almost every day, and I very rarely encounter server issues or others. The tool is very easy to handle and works very well with our operating system. Very few synchronization problems with our systems. The implementation within our work environment went very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I am encountering is more about the way we use it; the shared files are not sorted well enough by our robot, so we can sometimes have a bit of trouble finding our document among the mass of those already created.

Being connected to our project management tool facilitates the creation, storage, and group work on our database of documents related to the implementation of our clients in our systems.

The dashboard provided by Smartsheet is particularly beneficial as it highlights overdue tasks and provides a visual status of the project, indicating whether it is on track with green, red, or yellow indicators. This feature helps me in tracking the deadlines of crucial deliverables and ensuring that the project deadlines are met. Additionally, the initial setup of Smartsheet was straightforward and easy, which made the transition smooth and efficient. Coming from using traditional Excel, Smartsheet offers a more intuitive and organized platform, making project management significantly more manageable.

I find that Smartsheet could benefit from more automation. Additionally, there should be better support for multiple users to work on the same sheet simultaneously without data overlap.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Smartsheet should improve on distinguishing between billable and non-billable hours. Currently, all activities are not clearly separated, which could streamline my billing processes if they appeared distinctly. Additionally, the initial setup of Smartsheet presented a bit of a learning curve, which made it slightly challenging to get started smoothly.

I use Smartsheet to calculate exact billable hours for clients, benefiting from its ease of use and simple UI. However, I wish it could display billable and non-billable hours separately.
