Project management - saving details of various stories of salesforce

Smartsheet is the best tool to manage multiple workstreams at once
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create project plans with detailed timelines to highlight user responsibilities so easily is key. I use it for all major projects and will update frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think creating dashboards for a high level overview of a project status is too difficult. Making this easier would complete the product

Being able to manage multiple projects' timeline and share with stakeholders

Useful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use. As well as the fact that it is HIPAA complaint. I use it every day with work, and it has facilitated accountability and organization in the workplace
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features aren't as intuitive as I would hope. Also, onboarding to was via video, and if we wanted support with specific functions it had to be paid for, which was surprising considering we were already paying for the business account for each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of data, accountability of information, and creation of dashboard. This is beneficial because it simply could not be done properly before, and now it can.

What do you like best about the product?
It great for team collaboration and storing documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con is that it lags and glitches a lot when multiple people are on the same sheet editing.

Benefiting large group collaboration and documentation storing.
Powerful and Flexible Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has really helped our team stay organized and on track with complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
advanced features can take some time to master, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Gantt charts and collaboration features make planning transparent and easy. It’s intuitive enough for new users but packed with advanced options for power users.
Work smarter, not harder.
What do you like best about the product?
Out team heavily utilizes forms and automations to track customer needs and data. Items that used to take days of back-and-forth, manual communication is now automated. Not only is it automated, but it is able to be tracked with real-time data that shows our progress and areas of growth and concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it isn't Smarthseet's fault, our external clients are not familiar with the product. We do not have to many issues as Smartsheet makes it easy for external stakeholders to engage, there can sometimes be some initial confusion at the start-up. With that being said, we have had a lot of positive feedback about our company's switch to using Smartsheet, compared to our old process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has automated the manual process of intaking client requests, going through multiple, complicated approvals and completing customer registration. A process that used to take days can now take minutes. Not only that, Smartsheet allows us to track and keep records of all of these client requests, which also used to be manual.

Very powerful and flexible tool for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is not very user friendly (it's like a big spreadsheet). Some advanced functionalities are quite complex to use and sometimes they don't work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good if you have many projects to manage; it's perfect to have a common template for all of them and it facilitates the reporting through dashboards pulling information from all of them.

Amazing Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Planning together, the capability of multi users in same time, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations on accounts, as a guest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasks management, we can control the time of execution and person in charge of each task. After we can get a goo gant chart to provide a overhaul scenario.
I only use Smartsheet at work, and it has made my job much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It is similar to Excel, but it has more features. You can set notifications, approve documents, generate graphs directly from other worksheets, tag other people, use more user-friendly formulas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things you can't do, but they can be done in Excel. I don't remember exactly what they are, I didn't pay attention to them because they are not that relevant to what I do at work.
