The Smartsheet exceeded my expectations in every way. Its sleek design caught my eye, but it's the performance that truly impressed me. There is not much to dislike about Smartsheet.

Keeping the Work of my weekly task and ease my work to complete my project.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a user friendly interface , helps us to integrate various platforms and access various files. It's help to make data sheet in a appropriate manner and describe everything in a brief and crystal form and also pull daily business report to enhance business and market place.

There is only one thing that's need to improve like it's need to reduce time to pull data sheet and create data in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I am working with paints, coating and adhesives company. In my work for Project, Task and workflow management needs we use smartsheet as it provides user friendly interface, emphasizes the collaboration along with workflow automation helping my team members and our cross function counterparts work efficiently and saving time.
Smartsheets wide features like Charts, boards, forms, calendering helps fulfling my project diverse needs based on different phases. It also helped me create interactive and dynamic sheets which provided a flexible and intutive approachto my project planning and in upper management discussion. Other than that, Its Integration with othe tools provided me with additional support in managing past project coverage with new done using smartsheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although useful for most of my project needs, there are issues I find and some enhancements will help it further.
Smartsheet has dependency on spreadsheets which causes limitations for more complex projects and provides bottleneck in handling with large chunks of data. Also, there is steeper learning curve for some of the smartsheet fetures for new users And finally Better Resource Management planning features can be added in smartsheet like: Resource labelling, heat maps features.

Smartsheet solves following problem for me:
Smartsheet helped mein in Project Planning and scheduling with its flexible spreadsheet based approach, along providing luxury in project planning using with its customoizable template different for all needs. It also helps me and my team with its Collaboration features and real time updates which is ideal for my Agile Project Management needs.
Smartsheet aids in Collaboration and communication which guides working in a sync for my team, and helped focusing on collaboration with features like: add, mentions, comments and file sharing enabling real time collaboration among my team members.
One other aspect smartsheet proved to be crucial for me is with its Reporting and Analytics features, where offers robuts reporting capabilities with customizable dashboard, charts and graphs which helpedme track of my teams performance and progress effectively and make sure a timely completions.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is versatile platform which gives me an opportunity to track, and plan my working. It helps in scheduling projects and managing multiple task simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not give basic functions like merge cell. Also it is not applicable for analysing big data

Smartsheet is benifiting me by collaborating with my teammates, it helps in assigning, mNahing and tracking the task

doesn't perform some basic functions excel does & i wish it was more intuitive enabling me to tell it what type of function i want it to perform without havig to plug in formulas i'm unaware of

Smartsheet usage in a Small Business Concern
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest advantage of Smartsheet is the workflow and task management features. Combined with a great set of usable templates and dashboarding features makes it a great tool to use for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scalability can be an issue since it lags or slows down when there is a lot of data or a large number of users. As a spreadsheet, compared to excel, the costs and limited formulas and automation functionalities of Smartsheet are a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running and monitoring multiple projects that are being run simultaneously, reporting progress and bottlenecks and identify areas which need attention.
