Best tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I like real time tracker which help me project management and collaboration and I can customise is feature is my way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issue occasionally it may lac performance it may quite slow but after clearing the cache it was fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart sheet easily solving my problem I easy to find my track my team member on real time basis I can easily collaborate with effectively and efficiently also I helping me work flow too.

THE BASIC ITEMS ARE THE MOST DIFFICULT AT TIMES. IT IS NOT AS INTUITIVE AS IT COULD BE.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me real time tracking , task scheduling , assigning. It also helps in creating gantt charts, calendaring etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit less intuitive for the end user. Also it requires training once to deep dive into advanced features.

It provides feature combination of Jira and Excel.

I'm using smartsheet for my day 2 day work and reports, mainly as input files for Power BI solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an easy to use and users can well present there results of the data. Implementation of it is also easy and stright forward, with good customer support and varity of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smartsheet sometimes is looks like it has lacking of some real time tracking and missing some invoicing tools
in addition the smartsheet pages are not updating in real time and not getting autosave as frequently enought to my opinion.

Smartsheet gather all the required data I need from a project to one page with colors and gives good picture of the status and issues.

User interface is little complicated while using.

The api is a pain to work with and it is poorly optimized with weird quirks and data types that make building integrations for it an inconvinience.

Helpful in managing projects, automating processes in a central platform. Spreadsheet format is familiar to me and it has very smooth integration compared to excel.

As a part of being a Project manager, I am able to manage user stories from JIRA, maintain the bugs and defects with resource assignment. With each user story, I am able to manage the man days needed for it.
I am flexible enough to integrate the user stories from JIRA and SNOW helpful in maintaining the project.

Good product with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Real time updating of data and inputs. Easy adding of team members and team working. Apart from that, alerts and notifications can be triggered. This helps in monitoring and follow ups
GANT view is a very good feature - which may not be available in various other products. Also, Dashboard sharing is a convenient feature. Overall is quite user friendly for team related projects management

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have an autosave feature. We have to save and refresh which is cumbersome
Some excel functionalities are not available. Also, look and feel is different from excel, which is super easy. Can't keep that functionality here
I could not see how smartsheets can be integrated with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, etc
