Robust tool that could be more aesthetically pleasing.
What do you like best about the product?
Reports are great for consolidating information scattered across different sheets. The automation tools are also useful for easily moving a project through different stages and notifying people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Smartsheet is not as visually appealing as other project management tools. Sometimes colleagues will come to me very excited about another tool because it's prettier.

What do you like best about the product?
i came to know about smartsheet from a friend of mine and then came across several youtube videos on how to use it. for me the best features is the collaborative nature. I have worked with several task management softwares earlier. We have a team of 10 people and tracking and updating tasks becomes tedious process. but thanks to this software the entire team is updated on there deliverables on a real time basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes time to become familiar with the interface. Anyone who is not tech savy will take time to adjust and explore this software another thing i observed that the pricing can be more competitive like asana, smart tasks is relatively cheaper. but they are for task tracking only so spreadsheet enables me to use formulas as well so i can ignore the dislike points on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and team collaboration was a very big problem in my team. Now i can easily track pendencies of my team and increase efficiency. Usually my tasks involve a huge number of subtasks which we often miss. Now its easier for me to track pendencies.

What do you like best about the product?
smartsheet's ease of integration is its best feature. It's customer support is very helpful in addressing problems. I use it everyday for my work and find it quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet's ease of use has scope of improvement. Implementation is not easy and can be made better.

My whole organisation benefits from smartsheet by pre-planning our work and this way everyone knows what is to be done and by when. Its easy to priortise tasks and assess the importance of tasks. It is very effective for schduling and

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It has many features that make work easy and improve efficiency. The dashboard look of Smartsheet is something that I like a lot and feel is better than other tools that I have used so far.

Data saving takes a lot of time sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared sheets work relay well and people get notified immediately as soon as anything is assigned. Dashboards help me in taking decisions driven by data and make my presentations look beautiful and impactful.

It is very quick and easy to setup a small project with Forms.
The automation is quicker to setup.

New templates are brainstorming and you can achieve alot with some little training.

Support and Forms can be more advanced.
Add-ins are not included in Business Plan.
Technical crashes i.e. page is not loading, copy past funciton has not been working very well from couple of months.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement of team was a challenge before Smartsheet and also some central platform was also achieved to receive data in shape of Forms.
User friendly interface & easier work tracking
What do you like best about the product?
As mentioned, the smartsheet user interface is quite friendly. It is easy to understand the automation templates and spreadsheets like layout is also familier. It is even easy to make charts, dashboards etc.
We are everyday tracking the work in it , the thing I like the most in it is that we can easily identify which comment is added when, as it has the cell history in it and other features:
-data can be collated easily
-history available cell wise
-any changes will be captured
-notifications can be sent whenever any changes are made
-we can lock cells to get updated
-data can be integrated

Even if we can see that this is a helpful tool, below are the things I dislike:
-Formulas & function are not easy to understand

Problem: Not everytime manual intervention required
Solution: Smartsheet is automaticaly sending the notifications, hence it is lowering the efforts of an human and adding to saving time.
