Collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has good customer support with ease of implementation. Great for collaborative work. Helps me process my tasks daily. It is very simple and easy to use with the ability to integrate other softwares as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
More formulae and maybe something like pivot tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track my tasks. It gives me quick access to data. It helps me streamline my work.
Is Smartsheet worth the time investment???
What do you like best about the product?
1. It acts a lot like a spreadsheet.
2. I enjoy using Smartsheets and prefer to use this platform to plan and monitor my projects.
3. It is complete package. Empower every user to plan, track, automate and report for work.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It has a steep learning curve because it is so robust.
2. Basic features, leading to too much efforts if you want to go for more advanced features. As a beginner, it is complex to learn and confusing.
3. Maintaining old Dashboards data static is difficult. Challenging part if we use the same smartsheets linked to our old dashboards and create more dashboards. Any changes made in the linked cells, changes the data for old dashboards. Still finding solution to fix this issue where we can freeze the data for already saved dashboards and somehow unlink those cells as we do in excel using paste special feature.
4. Difficulty with using Charts and Graphs in dashboards. A bit complex features. Don't find user friendly.
5. Odd Autosave feature. Doesn't update the page in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive as it is so simialr in many ways to Microsoft Excel which most are familiar with using. Easily customisable and formatting can be setup dependent on cell values for ease of data analysis. Automated reminders and highlighting changes to fields is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality can be linited in some circumstances and dashboards are not easy to create, in my experience.

Creation of project plans, action logs and task lists.

Multiple automation leads to failure and not a good tool for complex projects. Limitation of usage for cells.

I really love Smartsheet for it is versatile, enables project management great, task tracking, and collaboration all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Smartsheet, we create workspace then have different sheet but we can't have different tabs within same sheet. If it does, theni'll be happy to learn about it.

Problem of disorganised task management is solved as it provides a centralized space for project planning, tracking and colloboration, which helps to increase efficiency, leading to better outcomes and timely completion of task.
Smartsheet are best used for doing collaborating work and creating dashboard.

People who are not users of Smartsheet mught find it difficult to understand the interface. For E.g - Sharing the view access only.

Best tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used smart sheet for tracking Jira ticket. What I found the most appealing is that it is very easy to collaborate with tableau dashboard . It greatly enhances our productivity and facilitates effective communication, regardless of our physical locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced issue due to rigidity in cells while using multiple formulas and connecting these formulas to chart . Also found issues in connecting the Smart sheet, PowerPoint presentation .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In smart sheet, we are able to assign tickets to multiple users and this will give an automated message to the users regarding an update on each cell. This helped in streamlining the work process and the notification sent to the assigned users helps in work allocation.
Smartsheet Review - Was Good, but falling behind its peers
What do you like best about the product?
The Gantt charts and critical path is excellent. The Dashboard are also very easy to setup. The sheet forumla are similar to excel. The Forms and Workflows are also pretty good. Its product I use everyday. Its easy to setup with zero knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product pricing for business customer is unfriendly. Some basic functionality items that should be part of the monthly fee like calander view, pivot table and work apps, are not included and expensive. The development of new product features has been very slow of recent and is falling behind some less (airtable, monday and clickup). Some basic function are painful like attaching from form pictures into column. More complex logic is needed in form fields like if statements. Customer support is mixed and referring experienced clients to knowledge platform is insulting. Personnal they have some catchup to do.

The dashboard are used as centralised reporting tool from various other systems. Thats is excellent.
