SmartSheet is great
What do you like best about the product?
You can upload files to rows, set up alerts on certain conditions, filter off based on conditions as well. Thankfully I never had to reach out to customer support, that goes to show how good their system is. I use it daily for work. New staff find very easy to learn how to use it/
What do you dislike about the product?
With the most recent update, you can only create a sheet inside of workspace

Its great for task management.

Some limitations in graph output and in some formulas.

Collaboration, Automaton and Dashboards provide the main benefit.
Great tool to manage projects and keep everyone in the loop
What do you like best about the product?
The best functionalities about smartsheet are that everyone can easily access them, whether its people in my company or clients. Smartsheets guide also has made it very accessible to learn new functions and set up new dashboards etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of smartsheet are complex for new users to get their head around, and it would be better if some AI tools or help guides were implemented for setting up more complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps align our agency and clients needs as we can create live timelines that keep everyone in the loop and up to date. The dashboard function has also been useful to manage different jobs and projects under a single client, and it keeps everything in one place in an organised manner.

Pricing is structured per member per month which is costly

Great number of features and functions, with a lot of powerful tools like creating dependencies which other tools don't implement as well.
