Intuitive and Effortless Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet because it's very easy to learn and understand. It's also easy to master, so we don't need much time to get used to it. The initial setup was very easy for us too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could add checklists as parts of some tasks, but this is not that important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me assing tasks, track progress and gain better clarity and visibility across projects. It makes project coordination easier and supports more transparent follow up.
Comprehensive Planning Tool with Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to collaborate using Smartsheet. Being able to tag people in tasks is helpful because they're able to see what happens or what they need to do. Also, although it's not always aesthetically pleasing, there is potential for good visual representation depending on how well you use it. It's very, very effective and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just quite complex. I understand it is an advanced piece of software, but I do think it's quite complicated. You need to work with it a lot or do a lot of training to make the most of it. I also find it a little bit clunky. The notifications, in terms of someone being tagged in the sheet, aren't always the most effective. The notification email could be a bit cleaner and simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for project planning, annual mapping, tracking tasks, and collaboration, making it a key tool for planning and keeping track of project progress.

I love that Smartsheet allows me to make changes and update information in real time, which my colleagues can see. It keeps me updated on each update and lets me notify others about changes. I also love that it is easy to use and not overcomplicated. The initial setup of Smartsheet was really easy, and it's a strong project management tool that combines spreadsheet layouts with collaboration. These features influenced my team to switch from Google Sheets because it provides real-time updates and ease of use, unlike the bugs experienced with Google Sheets.

While basic features are easy to use, more advanced tools such as formulas and cross-sheet linking can be difficult to learn.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not clear whether this feature depends on the application itself or on the administrator, but it would be highly useful to have the option to set the date format as DD/MMM/YY. When switching languages, inconsistent formats can easily cause confusion. Additionally, the ability to freeze panels and hide rows or columns would greatly improve usability. When working with large datasets, the current limitations make it difficult to complete tasks efficiently

Intuitive Time Reporting Made Easy with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
i've known smartsheet through the company i work for, they use it to report the hours we work at each week. it is very intuitive, we can see the list of tasks we can report our working hours and also mark the tasks as favorites so that they are memorized for next week's reporting. overall, it is a very simple yet complete platform, it fulfills its goal
What do you dislike about the product?
it is very simple and intuitive for my daily usage, but at the same time the login interface part can have extra clicks sometimes. we can login through email code or email/password, and both are very useful, but it can take a bit confusing. overall, it can be refined, but still works perfectly well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this platform helps my company organize and centralize tasks and time tracking in a simple way. for me, the the biggest benefit is how intuitive and user-friendly it is, since it saves time and makes the reporting process much smoother
Easy-to-Share Sheets with Helpful Guidance and Strong Project Monitoring Tools
What do you like best about the product?
There are several tools available to help monitor a project and prepare it effectively. Each sheet you create is easy to be stored, see changes of history, but also share it to people outside the organization. Sheets can be exported. While creating a sheet, a basic guide and instructions are available on how to make most of it and structure it in a correct way. AI options are also available, however I have not yet made used of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit hard to understand the full capacity and the difference between all the sheets that can be created. I have also tried grouping - putting sheets into specific folders, but I have faced some difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my daily monitoring but also long term monitoring of my projects. I can review the progress of it, track the milestones, set deadlines and communicate easily inside the company. Daily schedule is implemented and all relevant stakeholders can simply be informed through Smartsheet for their completion.

I use Smartsheet for work, and I really like the ability to create different reports. It's helpful for tracking reports and viewing information. I also find it pretty easy to work with, which is nice when setting up or dealing with various processes.
