Great Gantt Chart Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of use. It is intuitive and it is not too hard to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do quite a bit with it and that is not super straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore and we are able to download the schedule in xml in order to upload it to the Procore schedule.
Flexible, Cross-Functional Powerhouse (Even for Non-Numbers People)
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is like Excel on steroids. As someone who isn’t naturally drawn to numbers, I’ve found Smartsheet surprisingly intuitive and incredibly powerful. It brings structure to our workflows in a way that Excel never could. All of our departments use it now, from operations to finance to marketing. Personally, I’ve seen it shine in marketing - it's great for planning and managing social media campaigns, content calendars, and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Smartsheet doesn’t support some advanced financial formulas like IRR. For teams working with investment analysis or development finance, this means we still need to rely on Excel for certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us organise our work across departments with real-time collaboration, automation, and transparency. It keeps everything - from day-to-day task management to long-term planning - in one place. It’s especially useful in a remote work environment where visibility and accountability are key.
A Powerhouse of a Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My whole team uses Smartsheet for work, and it's one of the main tools that have helped us achieve a "Work Smarter, not Harder" mindset. It helps us cut down hours of work with its automations and its connectivity. The comment and tagging system works wonders and helps us quickly send updates to members in a large team (+60 users).
The dashboards are an excellent way to collect information from different sheets and show everything on a single page, for easy access and reporting to upper management.
We've changed the way we work several times in the company, and Smartshee's flexibility has continued to amaze us. It is one of those tools we definitely couldn't work without.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Smartsheet; if anything, having too many options sometimes bogs you down and makes it so that I'm not sure what the best one is for what I'm trying to do, but I think having options is always better than a lack of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet to reach out and send assignments to all vendors, as well as track quality metrics, deliveries, resource and asset management, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of the software, and the ease-of-use while being able to maintain organization and updated timelines.

I haven't found anything that I dislike at this point.

When multiple projects are ongoing the reports make it much easier to get a real time snapshot of what is upcoming and due to the customer at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Smartsheet’s powerful automation capabilities, intuitive Excel-like formulas, user-friendly collaboration features, and its efficient notification system that keeps key stakeholders informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I’ve encountered is the cap on the number of Excel-like formulas that can be used within a single sheet. Additionally, importing large, complex project plans—especially those with intricate dependencies—often requires some manual adjustments or light coding. There may be alternative solutions, but this has been my experience so far.

Having a limit on license, having to pay much more for additional. Pulling data is not very user firendly.

A central link for all information to be stored in one place versus multiple unorganized methods.
