We finally have an user-friendly tool that allows us to manage our process.
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the flexibility and ease of use in the tool. It was easy to onboard everyone in he company, from Operations to the C-Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
our only disappointment was the amount of user licensees that come with the initial package.

It is solving the problem of transparency among team members during any given project.

What is most valuable?
There are many useful features in Smartsheet. One can easily share plans with the entire team, and it functions similarly to Microsoft Project. Creating dependencies across all tasks is smooth, and team members can make adjustments if necessary. Automation helps by simplifying some manual work, saving time and facilitating communication.
What needs improvement?
Currently, I feel that Smartsheet fulfills all my needs. However, I need to investigate more about the product to identify specific areas for improvement.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been familiar with Smartsheet for two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven't faced any issues with stability so far. I would rate it as a ten out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Smartsheet is pretty flexible and scalable. I would rate its scalability as eight, acknowledging that I may not be using all its capabilities and not fully aware of possible integrations with other tools or services.
How was the initial setup?
The setup is quite easy. Smartsheet works on the website, and I'm not certain about a desktop version.
What about the implementation team?
One person is enough to handle the installation.
What was our ROI?
Smartsheet saves time for both me and my team. Compared to Microsoft Project, which is more expensive, we save costs using Smartsheet. The savings are approximately around thirty to forty percent.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Licensing might be cheaper per user. I rate it as seven or eight due to its demanding nature. For personal use, I have a monthly subscription, while the company uses an annual basis.
What other advice do I have?
I didn't notice any AI integration, perhaps because I haven't needed it for my use case. However, the ability to automatically create tasks and project timelines could be useful. Rating: 9.
Intuitive Automation for Streamlining Business
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all the different platforms and ways to organize information. I love that I can put all the data in 1 place, but it can transfer to many different reports for various tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
That formulas cannot be transferred from Excel to Smartsheets. Rewriting the sheets & reports is time consuming and can be difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have disorganized Project Management and Smartsheets is helping keep accountability. Additionally, it helps with manual, Time-Consuming Processes and data entry by taking a piece of information and dispersing it over multiple reports. It has helped improve operation efficiency.

What I like best about Smartsheet is that it is accessible for anyone and information can be shared very easily on the platform.

What I disliked about Smartsheet was how it could be difficult to add certain collegues to the same sheet.

Smartsheet is solving the problem of back and forth email. The platform is a one-stop shop for as many users to access information. SmartSheet is very useful for working on projects with large groups.

Easy Budget Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been the best way for my coworkers and I to collaborate on budgets in real time. It is the simplest way we have found to make sure that we are all on the same page as far as funding goes. It was very easy to learn and start working in as well. We use Smartsheet multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there hasn't been many downsides. Maybe the fact that viewers can edit certain items in a sheet but not all? Other than that it has been a smooth implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting me in that it gives real time updates for budgets that I am able to share between multiple people. It is much easier to use than other resources we have tried.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the sheets can be shared with many people and you can control the level of access they have (view only, edit access, can share etc). Has some really clever functions and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to ensure that the people who use it have had extensive training to ensure that it is being used correctly. It is not just a glorified Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combing many sheets into one workflow has prevented errors.

Very easy to use for complex planning. Easy to visualize, as well as make adjustments when changes are required.

I wish color style customization was a bit easier to access/maintain consistency. Feels very manual at times.

Helping to plan complex project timelines that have changing priorities and many phases of work.
