Clear, but license management falters
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the clarity of Smartsheet, as it provides me with a clear and structured view of project planning. It makes my work easier, as I mainly read tables provided by colleagues and can thus process information efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
License management sometimes causes problems.

I primarily use Smartsheet for project planning and appreciate its clarity. It allows me to easily read tables provided by colleagues.
Great for Task Management, But Design Needs Improvement

It enable me as a team manager to follow up on progression with task management (assignment, dependency, status ...)
Essential Management Tool: Easy to Use and Perfect for Daily Data Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clear visible great tool to management data and analyse. We use it daily as a management tool to track our department activity and pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really come across any parts that have been challenging so nothing to add here.

Essential for Project Timelines and Ticketing
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use it to review project timelines that PMs put together. We also use it as a ticketing system and roadmaps. It's a great way to visualize the details for someone like me that tends to see big picture easier, but it also helps my teamembers see the big picture or strategy when they tend to see more of the details within a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more customization when it comes to creating roadmaps. This would help as I sometimes have to revert back to Lucid and execs want to stay in Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely helps our teams stay connected with so many different tasks to handle within large scale projects.
Familiar Interface, But Needs Smarter Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it resembles software I am already familiar with, which makes it an easy product for me to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike using it, not due to any issues with the product itself, but because it's such a hassle to keep track of which projects I'm working on and to switch between them. Sometimes I work on several projects in a single day, and honestly, I'm just too lazy to record each one manually. It would be helpful if there were a pop-up window that prompted me to specify what I'm working on, or even an AI-powered screen tracker. Some form of automation would make things much easier, since having to enter everything manually is just too annoying.

I use this to keep track of how much time I spend working on each project.

I appreciate the ability to customize using formulas, much like you can in Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it disappointing that the standard version does not offer options for selecting the 'earliest date' or 'latest date.' Additionally, it's frustrating that there is no way to connect Smartsheet with the Outlook calendar in real time.

Well-Organized Data, Perfect for Large Projects, Easy to find data
What do you like best about the product?
The data is easy to find. it is disciplined and well organized. Additionally, it is convenient to bigger projects where demand is required. Similarly you can find everything in single page, its awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching option is useless. For example, when you put CTRL + F, it begins to ask useless commands like type, location etc. it should immediately search to the present page like MS word does. Similarly it should only ask for permission one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example, i use this for my daily tasks. Its super fast and convenient. It is beneficiary when i have to search something. All is available in one page and you can search and find relevant data. The expanding command is super cool.
Great for Collaboration, But UI Feels Outdated and Some process are Clunky and Time Consuming

its a relatively easy, central way to collaborate with colleagues on worksheets, and fill in forms for processing
What do you dislike about the product?
manual save, clunky ui, outdated multi step processes to try to do most things. Having been used to using apple ios the ui and functionality seems unnecessarily difficult and clunky.

Easy central repository for collaborating on team based work
Versatile with Room for Improved Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Smartsheet's capability to handle multiple work streams and its ability to be shared easily across teams that are not all part of the same organization. I also find the consulting hours included in the package incredibly beneficial, as they helped streamline our dashboard and optimize how we set up the roll-up of information. Moreover, I value the feature that allows building out dependencies within the worksheet, enabling us to see the ripple effect when things are pushed back. Additionally, the ability to tag milestones and risks and have them roll up clearly into a dashboard is particularly useful. Overall, Smartsheet provides an essential overview for the work we do, which I find very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the integration between Smartsheet and Google Suite is not smooth, making Smartsheet feel like a standalone tool for our projects, rather than being incorporated into our everyday tools. This lack of integration means it's not consistently used for all tasks by everyone involved. Additionally, there is a notable upfront time investment required, which can be a hurdle initially. Another aspect I wish were different is the absence of voice features that could facilitate task management on the go, turning voice inputs into task lists.

Smartsheet provides an essential overview and helps manage multistakeholder projects by handling multiple work streams and enabling easy information roll-up for clear dashboards.
