Excellent single source to manage all the softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Able to have a single platform to view and manage the contracts of the softwares.Good support and reminder regarding software renewal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite expensive, especially if not using Sastrify in full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a single source of truth and good overview in terms of software.

What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify helps us negotiate best deals for our saas tools. They not only help us save money but also help us save a lot of time that we would spend on researching the tools, taking demo for all of them and reaching out to the point of contact.
Sastrify also advice us on the ways of saving money and the areas where we can potentially save.
I always reach out to them for advice if our company is looking for an alternative tool as they have insights about most of the tools.
The platform is easy to use, we have new features that discover the tools that our users are testing out or even using.
There is a slack integration which reminds about upcoming renewals, which helps us to stay on top of our tools.
In addition to all of the above, they have excellent support team. it is always a pleasure to work with Cristina and Axel. they are very helpful. Cristina, our CSM is also available on slack and answers all of our questions quickly.
She also helped me with invoice uploads which was a very time consuming task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about sastrify, but I am really happy that we keep getting new features which are of great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Negotiaton support and saving money - Sastrify always helps us save money by negotiating with the tools directly. they take care of everything
organised saas management - we get a complete overview of the tools used across the company and their status, which makes it easy to manage the tools as well as the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is something that stands out about this tool and the customer support is top notch. Nicholas and Axel have been insturmental in helping us get the most out of Sastrify to optimize savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be more so on our part, but it would be great to have Sastrify integrate with Ironclad and NetSuite to eliminate some of the manual work required to keep the records up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sastrify is helping us to mainatain a high level of visibility into our SaaS spend, which reduces duplication and maximizes savings. We did not previously have a process in place to systematically address these issues, and Sastrify certainly helps us solve for that.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was executed seamlessly and yielded immediate results. Our investment was fully recouped within a few weeks, and we have promising projects in the pipeline. As promised, the cost of our operations has been reduced, and we have saved valuable time once the onboarding process is completed. Our account manager has been exceptionally amicable, proactive, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is getting tool owners to adopt Sastrify. Admins must encourage them to update their tools and engage with the system during renewals. Users who don't own many tools may not use Sastrify enough to learn it well. Involving a third party in renewals can add bureaucracy, so some tool owners prefer to handle negotiations themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieve cost savings with a consolidated view of our SaaS spending, streamlined renewal process, and visibility of tool overlap.

Helped to organize our tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify has been a very useful tool in getting all of our tech stack recorded in one place, ensuring our renewals are effectively managed and helping to eliminate overlapping tools in our org. CSM team is very hands-on in helping to get set up and in engaging on renewals as they come up. Set up was easy, with some info gathering required, but newer integrations - such as the one with Sage Intacct - keep SaaS tools from falling through the cracks. New features are regularly added, so we're interested to see how Sastrify continues to grow. There are lots of reminders of areas where we can get more value out of our contracts (such as working with a reseller where appropriate) or benchmarking our current deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bigger lifts in using Sastrify are around adoption from tool owners. On setup, admins will need to get them to update the tools in the system and to engage with the tool on renewals - if a user doesn't own many tools they may not engage with Sastrify frequently enough to learn the system well. Additionally, interjecting a third party into renewal conversations can sometimes add a layer of bureaucracy in the process and as a result some tool owners may prefer to handle negotiations themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Their evolving platform accommodates much of the procurement process and adds value with clever tips and benchmarking on your vendors! I view it as the best value in class procurement solution for SaaS companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is not in its preak when it comes to maturity but that means there is plenty of room for improvement !
