Easy to work with team, automated process for updating contracts and requesting new tools, significant time and budget savings

Initial integration missed a few contracts, but this was quickly corrected

An awesome product for an overview on SaaS inventory and spent
What do you like best about the product?
The product, the overview it gives me and of course the staff at Sastrify alwats makes you feel at home.
Its intuitived, easy to implement and integrate, has awesome support and features are being added on a regular basis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sastrify enables me to have all my SaaS products in one place.
I never miss to review a product before it goes to auto renewal so spent is always under control.
Sastrify procurment staff makes sure i get the best prices via therir negotiation services.

Evolving young product
What do you like best about the product?
They are customer centered and keep innovating their platform and services. They have a lot of potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are rolling out changes often, and not always very incremental. This does not make the platform always very stable or efficient to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights on what we as a company actually use in terms of tooling, who owns the tools and what we spend.
A one-stop place for Saas portfolio management
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing for me that it is a centralised space to store invoices, contracts notes, etc. that otherwise would end up in email and Slack. Additionally, reminders on expiration or renewal of the tools is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I would mention about the functionality. Not all Saas tools are available in the library, so they have to be explicitly asked to be added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop place to store everything as even when I manage a fairly small amount of tools portfolio, it is hard to keep in the head. The reminder to renew is very helpful as we often can get discounts for an early renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate Sastrify's user-friendly interface which makes navigation a breeze. The centralization of all tools in one platform significantly streamlines our operations. Moreover, the tool search catalog is extensive and intuitive. The clear designation of tool ownership alongside a definitive timeline for each tool enhances our workflow management, ensuring that every team member is aligned and accountable. This structure, infused with transparency, not only optimizes our SaaS procurement process but also fosters a collaborative work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I encounter UI bugs or unclear UX workflows in Sastrify which can be a bit confusing. However, the support team and our account manager are always quick to help out and resolve these issues. Their fast response helps to fix problems quickly, making it easier to continue with our tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sastrify streamlines our operations with its centralized procurement catalog, making tool management much more organized. A significant benefit is the time saved when Sastrify managers handle negotiations professionally, ensuring we get the best deals. Additionally, the SaaS procurement reminders are incredibly useful, keeping us on track with renewals and budgeting, which in turn, supports better financial and resource management within our organization.
Great overview of our subscriptions, amazing support in reducing our costs
What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify is a great tool to get an overview of what of the tools in our organization cost, when they renew and who is the tool onwer. Addionally you have a assigned Customer Success Manager and a dedicated buyer from Sastrify to help negotiate better prices on existing and new contracts. They leverage their knowlege about what other Sastrify customers are paying for a given tool to get discounts for our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall we are very happy with Sastrify and have no major complaints. If you want to nitpick I could mention a few bugs on their platform in the beginning, there were resolved in the meantime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They negotiate better deals for our subscriptions for us, then we could do ourselves. Addionally this work is very time consuming. Sastrify takes over the biggest part of that workload.

I wish I could manually enter our expenses and create separate business cards for the same tools in different group companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it possible to see and manage all our technology tools together. I can get fast support for many new purchases and renewals. It saved time and made my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and the team helping with the negociation and procurement.

There are still a couple of small things that could be improved with their platform but it does the job.

Sastrify's platform makes it simple for us to keep track of the savings we've realized through using their service. Additionally, our customer success manager is always on hand to assist us. The team at Sastrify is well-versed in all the software we need, and their system makes it effortless to monitor our software expenses and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sastrify is a great solution if your company has a significant software spend and therefore, a large potential for savings. However, if your spend is relatively low, the savings and added value may not be as substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to acquire a new SaaS subscription, Sastrify is always there to not only provide the product at a discounted price but also to share market benchmarks very transparently.
A powerful tool for reducing expenses and maintaining transparency over our Software
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Sastrify is a great addition to my own colleagues. They are consistently friendly, responsive, and easily accessible through various channels. The collaborative approach they take towards developing our SaaS licenses, as well as their proactive communication and cost-saving benefits, have greatly improved our overall SaaS procurement process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through the Sastrify platform can be a bit confusing at times and I find that communicating directly with their team is often more helpful. Also, our customer success manager changed more than once which required some time to adjust to the changes - but all is good now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sastrify has allowed us to consolidate all our software contracts in one central location, which has been extremely beneficial for us as it eliminates the problem of multiple tools and stakeholders that we had before. The savings generated by Sastrify's procurement team is another obvious benefit. We found that Sastrify quickly became an ROI positive investment for our company.
