A cost-effective SaaS solution with excellent customer support

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the regular review and personal attention we receive when managing and negotiating our software. Saastrify helps us get an overview of our SaaS costs. Sastrify also assists us immensely in negotiations with SaaS providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions (e.g. display of costs) do not yet work flawlessly. We also need to invest a little time to maintain the application. For companies with few staff in administrative areas, Sastrify can be a relief through its service, but is also an additional burden due to the necessary maintenance of the platform. Although the Sastrify application is generally practical, some aspects of the application could be more user-friendly. It is a bummer that the in-house AWS reselling has been postponed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sastrify helps to get a good overview of the many SaaS services used. This alone already helps to manage the SaaS services in the company. We have seen savings, especially with frequently used "big" tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea! There are so many people in a company dealing with tools and most of them hate negotiating contracts. It's really cool to have people by your side who seem to know what they're doing and also know what's possible when it comes to better pricing. I also love that their dashboards have a great overview and that we have all contracts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
My contact person seems to be ghosting me. I reached out to him several times but he doesn't react. Plus, he told me he couldn't get a better price with the tool I'm responsible for and then we tried it ourselves and got a much better price. That's quite disappointing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the idea of having all contracts and subscriptions in one place. And also to have people who have your back and know what prices are possible. This is a topic a lot of people dislike so it's great to have a partner for that.

Since we have implemented some things, it has somehow become less (perhaps due to holidays?)

What do you like best about the product?
Unused licenses will be identified fast. That saves a lot of costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just works, if there is great potential. Otherwise the effect is small.

Can help to get the overview back, which means more control.

Quick connection to the actual human being at Sastrify, who can get on the phone and explain things to you
What do you dislike about the product?
More connections in our org would be helpful (e.g. to Legal) so that I'm not required to work outside Sastrify to get contracts renewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract renewals, which can be complex and daunting if you don't have experience esp. negotiating with large companeis

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple implementation process and also the easy - to - understand UI design

nothing i can think of at this moment and i love all current features

What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify has supported me to upgrade a saas plan. They adopted a negotiator role in our conversations which eases my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface is a bit confusing and sometimes is more helpful directly talking to their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Negotiation, renewal, centralize our team spends on SaaS.

What do you like best about the product?
Having someone to partner that knows exactly what to review and which details are relevant for my attention. Saved me a lot of time!
Having sastrify enabled me to concentrate on other matters while having the consultants taking care of the renewal. Very professional and looking into the detail, making sure all documents have been saved appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. To be honest there was nothing that I didn't like from the whole process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisted in contract renewal, and benefited me by looking at the new terms that needed my specific attention and saved me time.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and having an overview of all SaaS costs at one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great. No dislikes from me :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we are not overpaying for SaaS, keeping track on contract expiry and new billing terms. Get a better price and reduce overall costs

What do you like best about the product?
The attention to detail and the amount of time that their customer success people and account manager spend on us. We are currently using this for managing most of our software contracts with very good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been working with them for a very short time, and I'm still in my honeymoon phase, so there's not so much to dislike. I guess that the UI/UX could be improved, but overall great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly to aggregate and get better prices at the services we already have. For instance, we are able to save money on subscriptions to services like Looker and Stitch. It also allows us to clearly define the owners of those budgets and understand if we are being treated fairly or not.
