As early adopter, it is great to have seen all of the areas in which Sastrify has found ways to help
What do you like best about the product?
- Dashboard is very easy to use for all users throughout the organisation to create visibility over deadlines and renewals
- Superb support in negotiation and deals (basically paid for itself right from the start) + industry insights
- Customer success manager responsible for us was very responsive and could be reached via Slack at all times
- Sastrify went above and beyond to also share insight and knowledge in RFP processes for larger IT investment initiatives (ERP)

What do you dislike about the product?
- sometimes it was not super intuitive and easy to (correctly) extract the necessary accounting data for the expense actuals to feed into the tool (even though S. always was super keen to support and take over the upload of the data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Previous Lack of Transparency over SaaS Spend (Departments used to have excel sheets with manually typed invoice amounts for certain licences to somehow keep track)
- Fragmented responsibilitites over who is in charge of indirect procurement for these IT licences
- Lack of knowledge about possible solutions and their pricing / packages when only business requirements / needs were clear

great tool but personal support is progressing very slowly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overview or tools and the connected reminders and automations. It is great to have such support at hand at one click only.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel it takes a long time to actually get the required insights and support that is offered. I am a bit new to using it (less than 3 months), so maybe it is also based on my personal expectations. I have asked for support on benchmark numbers for one tool and alignment on DPA and terms on another and the coms with our support at sastrify seem to be progressing only very slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview of tools and necessary actions. Support in negotiation and best practices for setup and agreements. reducing budget for internal tools.
Sastrify has been great in optimizing our SaaS subscriptions and reducing our software costs
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth onboarding and immediate results. Our investment has already amortized after a few weeks and there are more promising actions in the pipeline. They reduced our costs as promised and also have been saving time once onboarding was done. Our account manager is really friendly, proactive, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, after the onboarding, you have to spend some time and effort on getting all data in the Sastrify tool. We were expecting this a bit quicker, but after this, all went smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sastrify, the organization of our SaaS tools was all over the place. With Sastrify we have everything consolidated in one tool + the obvious advantage of relevant cost savings.

Sastrify gives you an amazing overview of all tools and spent amounts. It enables out team to identify easy saving potential and also gives a great overview on how much different departments spend on their specific tools.

Sometimes the UI can be confusing and when fulfilling the Onboarding questionnaire it takes several times for Sastrify to capture the answers. However, this is not a blocker when using the tool

Their buyer is pretty fast in responding to questions of all kind. The solution has a good slack integration with alerts in case a contract ends & an overall easy to use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved, in particular on the Dashboard. You might find tiles with scrollbars that are next to scrollbars, different font sizes and colours and some minor usability issues (e.g.some list are not scrollable in Firefox)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money on software purchases and benchmarking our purchasing decisions & prices. We have realized some savings, especially for widely used tools. Sastrify tends to struggle when it comes to niche tools with low
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a small hands-on company that can improve your SaaS purchase decisions and don't care too much about how the UI looks, Sastrify is the right fit for you.
