What do you like best about the product?
They are always available within a day or two and prompt to respond to my requests. I especially love that the platform reminds me of any renewals coming up so Sastrify can potentially come in to negotiate a better deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much being very honest. Maybe a slight improvement in the UX of the Sastrify platform itself. It's not the easiest to use or get used to initially, especially because I am an owner of several tools in my company. Maybe a first face to face (virtual) training from our account managers would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have a lot of SaaS tools at e-bot7 being a software company. Every time my team is exploring a new tool, I automatically think and involve Sastrify right away to make sure that we can get a good deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify staff is very responsive, they seem to be online all the time. In our conversations they are very easy going and in negotiations its good to have them backing you up.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are very responsive :-) Meaning you have to be responsive yoruself. Ideally they could overtake more tasks unsupervised, in the end I would only like to approve a license switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us to get an overview of our expenses and responsibilites. Then license by license we tried to optimize the pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Good overview of all tools. It shows directly where I can have the potential of savings. It also offers a way to ask for specific tools and the experience, so we know which tool will fit our purpose out of the multitude available. Also the reminder for renewal and help in saving is a great deal
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit confusing UI (where belongs what information), but they are constantly improving here.
Also no mobile view - I cannot use it on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not missing a renewal date and negotiating a better deal for our saas tools.
Also, having an overview of all our tools being used gives the possibility to challenge the tools available.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the personal contact and help you get offered in terms of SaaS contracts, pricing, and usability. I would never be able to work through the jungle of tools all by myself. Furthermore, the visualization of the tool helps to get an overview of tools and keep track of renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "spend" functionality of the service is not finished yet, and the amount of money spent is not accurate enough to build trust in it. Also, the connections to systems like spendesk is more manual than I would have hoped for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a complete overview of our systems and their necessity. We try to get a more holistic overview with Sastrify, and right now, it's loking at least better. You can not just integrate Systrify, and that's it. There is much more work on the client-side needed, and we are on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Just the fact that we catalog ALL of our SaaS tools thanks to Sastrify and subject them to an orderly purchasing and review process is a big win. The simplicity of Sastrify helps tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities are still a bit weak, but I think they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture all tools used in the company and designate ONE person responsible helps us to identify superfluous software or software that is no longer absolutely necessary. Sastrify also informed us about optimization potentials through contract conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about Sastrify is how intuitive the UX is and how it can help us broker better deals with upcoming SaaS tools for future usage. Determining efficient ways to optimize costs has been a huge goal that we found with Sastrify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something lacking with Sastrify, but maybe pinned down to product design instead of a missing feature, is the lack of user management within different services (offboarding/onboarding).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sastrify, we've solved the problem of centralizing the tools used by different teams, making them visible to all, and enabling more accessible financial tracking. We've discovered services serving the same function, promoting substantial savings by merging users to a single tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Sastrify saves me precious time as I don't have to negotiate all deals myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a bit cleaner and more intuitive.

Reducing IT spending and at the same time reducing time spent for negotiations.

What do you like best about the product?
Great cooperation with Tim. Communication was always super clear, straighforward and effective. Interested to see if sastrify can support on future tooling integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the website needs some updates. One example is that once we upload invoices or contracts, the figures are yet not automatically populated in the customer information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to understand better if there was a possibility to reduce the costs associated with Aircall & Front. Especially on Aircall, sastrify was especially important in helping us minimizing the costs of all additional licences (from 501 licences) - from EUR 30/month instead of EUR 35.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with the key account manager. The first contact was excellent. They helped us with lowering the cost of new software. That would not be as cheap when we had done the price negotiation
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can say. I would recommend Sastrify to colleagues.
