I enjoyed amazing personal assistance in negotiating a large SaaS contract from a dedicated Sastrify expert. The pricing insights, offer analysis, and hands-on negotiation support were extremely valuable.
For the more standard offerings, they quickly identified resellers or other options to save on cost.

Their portal and overview, as well as their proactive and friendly service, as well as the time and money they save me!

A service provider that assures you to save costs or at least not loose costs - what is not to like?

Apart from the overview they provided us with, I really appreciate Sastrify finding and negotiating new licenses for the company.
My favorite service provider because we save more than it costs.

Sastrify has helped us reduce ongoing IT run costs. They offer better prices for software licenses, help consolidate or switch to better vendors and find unnecessary expenses. We are excited about the possibilities with AWS to achieve fully automated savings without having to invest a lot of effort. The overall contact is very pleasant.
What do you dislike about the product?
They cover the big players in the market like Atlassian, Microsoft and AWS but not many software developer tools. Account Managers changed several times within the last two years and have not much experience.

Very skilled negotiators, helpful, and we always receive quick and concise answers. The process is very comprehensive and the savings we make can be invested elsewhere.

So far, we are very pleased with the service and there is nothing to be stated negatively.

We optimize our SaaS processes and costs, keep an excellent overview of the deadlines, requirements and that in turn helps us facilitate our business operations.

One-time upload of different invoices. Since we are dealing with different subscriptions, we do not have to click each subscription to upload an invoice, we can just gather all the invoices and upload them and Sastrify will manage it for us.

Actual spending might not be accurate as we do not have an option to input an amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problems with communicating with different vendors just to get cost comparison and to get better costing was eliminated since Sastrify is offering lower cost than the direct vendors since they already have partnership with them. It's easier to get quotations with bigger discounts since most systems we need are already onboarded to Sastrify. Other benefit is we only have 1 point of contact, it is more efficient. The system is very straightforward, we have better tracking of all of our expenses, it is also helpful on Finance side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend in using Sastrify to manage all system expenses. It´s very useful for cost negotiation and finance audit and to have competitive pricing for each system licenses.
