Saves my time and our money
What do you like best about the product?
Until now, a lot of time, effort, and money has gone into managing and negotiating SaaS contracts. Sastrify now takes this over, and we can use the resources gained elsewhere. In addition, as a customer, you were always in a worse starting position if you didn't know the possible price ranges.
We also highly appreciate the contact with Sastrify. Always helpful, friendly, and highly available. Also, they're proactive with their suggestions or possible optimizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we did not have any negative experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We already reduced our overall SaaS costs due to the help of Sastrify by getting renewal contracts.

Highly relevant product with unique hybrid approach for managing subscriptions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I don't have to take care of setting up the environment in the first place, feed it with the relevant data, or allocate documents to the respective subscriptions. I literally just dump all documents/files, no matter how unstructured they are, on the platform and it is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to complain about after having used the tool for 4 weeks. If I'd had to name something, it would probably be the font size ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Not knowing which tools we are using in the organization
- Not knowing how much we are paying for them and which plans we are on
- Not having any overview of when they renew or can, alternatively, be terminated

Saving Time and Money each day
What do you like best about the product?
The Team vom Sastrify has always been extremely fast in consulting us and helping us to get the best deal with all saas providers. With our first saas subscription already we made back the money they receive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Also Sastrify can't get prices down to zero ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When negotiating terms with saas companies they continuously suggest to you they are making the best offer possible, by being consulted on what is possible / what special programs there are for young companies we are saving a lot of time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start using it, you'll save money all along.

The benchmarking is really helpful to evaluate if you are overpaying SaaS

Already great overview, if they make it to have more automation on the platform is going to be even more helpful
