Easy and brilliant design software
What do you like best about the product?
I am not an art director or designer, and I have always relied on an external designer to do all my creative social media posts. I tried Canva for the first 30 days as a free trial and halfway through it took the plunge and upgraded to Canva Pro. I easily uploaded all my client's typefaces and brand colours, and have saved a fortune in external designer fees. The photo and video access is awesome too with hundreds of options (goodbye traditional stock libraries) and the templates have changed the way I create my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, to be honest. It suits the kind of work that I do as a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years I've used external designers, and taking Canva 'in house' has saved me a fortune. I was quite nervous of taking on a creative 'designer' role, but it's so simple anyone can be a decent designer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For great basic design tools, Canva is such a good platform to use. It's super easy to use and I haven't used a external designer for any of my social media posts since I started using it.
Easy Graphic Creation For Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
- UX is amazing. No training and technical skills needed (unlike Adobe Photoshop) , easy drag and drop for graphic creation. Great for small businesses with simple designs.
- access to a large database of stickers, stock photos, fonts, templates (in all formats - poster , facebook cover photo, social posts for twitter and instagram etc), shapes, buttons, GIFs etc
- Has quite a few tiers at affordable prices , the free tier also offers quite a few functionalities
- Supports multiple formats for downloads / exports - including PNG, JPEG, GIF, PDF etc.

Aren't many downsides to the platform - just the fact that there seems to be limited new features coming out !

Fast, cloud-based editing and a great vector graphics library
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is super helpful for all the quick graphics I need to throw together for marketing emails. I don't always have the time to hop into Illustrator or Photoshop to do my editing (nor can I always get those open!), and usually I can make what I need faster in Canva!
The large vector illustration library for Premium users is incredible. So many easy to use, easy to brand graphics all at your fingertips! Worth every cent of the subscription.
Lastly, with Canva being cloud-based, we never have to worry about someone on our team not having the right brand assets or headshots. They're all in our uploaded images! It's easy for us to stay on-brand with Canva without ever having to bother our company designer.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it's definitely improved over time, the resize functionally leaves a lot to be wanted. A click and drag, responsive resizing of the canvas / art board in Canva would vastly improve my workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Canva in college, when I was working with multiple organizations to output flyers, postcards, and social media banners. Then, it gave me the ability to design on the fly and in little time.
Now, I use it several times a week to produce assets for my company's marketing emails. It makes design easy, fast, and affordable - without ever having to download a single thing.

Just do it! The free version is great, and there are so many template options - or you can build your own. There is also the Canva Design School, which can be great for getting you in the door with the tool.
Game Changer for Entrepreneurs!
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick one but the templates for each social media platform make designing simple and quick. In my opinion, as a small business owner you no longer need to be a graphic designer to make quality social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To download a transparent .png you need a premium account, but the free service provides so many benefits. The unpaid version has so many features that I have yet to need to invest in the paid version. I have been using Canva for over 2+ years now and it has cut my times designing in half. Previously, I would log-into an Adobe product and go through the process of developing a post. Inside Canva you can see all your previous image uploads, and copy a design you had made.

Time. Canva saves a start-up business time and money when it comes to marketing. This free service allows you to create quality social media posts and/or images for your website. The templates make the process quick and they look professional grade. As a small business owner you are constantly looking to save time to work on other projects. Canva cuts marketing time in half and the output is just as good.

Sign up and start designing! You will be amazed at how easy the process is. As a small business owner you run into the issue of constantly needing to put out quality social media posts. Canva helps solve this issue and makes it a quick process.
A wonderful tool for social media posters, logos, invitation cards, and more
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva because it offers different templates, fonts, and images for various uses, such as social media posters, logos, invitation cards, book covers, and more. It is a software with a simple and interactive interface, which can be used even by people without design knowledge. I like that it has the ability to export images to different formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF and more. One of the main reasons why I use this software is because I can make use of most of its features for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the functions to compress the images or download them with a transparent background are only available in the premium version, when there are other platforms where features are completely free.

I use Canva professionally to create images for our clients' social networks. Normally I need to create at least 1 post daily for each social network, which takes a lot of time. Luckily, I use all the resources that Canva offers to create the designs quickly and be able to meet daily goals.

Canva uses designs, particularly in case you make use of designs and alter them with our content to produce quality that is higher. It is an excellent cloud based program which makes it very easy to produce projects. These guides let you change images by "dragging and dropping" them from your computer.. The software is really simple to use, and when creating a distinctive fabric advertisement, you are able to use text and just produce a predefined task, including a background picture, as well as make use of the work of ours from there So simple to deal with until you find the final results that many folks use.

Absolutely nothing I have liked so much, a really easy platform, though a good quality item for us.

There is a template for each creation. Canvas tools are so special and irreplaceable. With this tool, everyone can easily start making their own creations. It also integrates with my photo and video library, which improves overall quality. It's also easy to integrate between devices.

The free edition is quite limited, and all important branding works require a paid version.

This allows you to do amazing design things in a simple, easy and quick way. Now you can create landing pages, take photos for social media ads and create creations. We created the logo and it turned out to be the most amazing thing ever. Yes, it is fully customizable and does everything the way you want it to.

Take some of the time to play with the program and learn different tricks, and Canva also offers small classes, send a weekly email and give tips for various projects. We also focus on the same time, usually you can go to this page to use detailed colours, commonly used images, fonts, etc

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the website design makes it very easy to search for potential functions. Canva has everything you need! Basic photography for many media and business purposes. I can also add text to the photo and cut some parts of the photo as I need them.

Editing text can be sometimes annoying, but generally not a problem. I can't complain about that.

With Canva's help, we can do our own high standard design work professionally. This is extremely beneficial because it allows us to discuss the partnership with which we are talking about these efforts, which have produced positive results.

I want you to use your template at no cost, quickly, elegantly and timelessly... It is recommended to generate content that not only arouses interest of your clients, but also attracts their attention.

The ease of usage and their huge templates library is one thing that everyones gonna love! Over the year have been using multiple tools to design or posters, Facebook ads, YouTube thumbnails and what not, no tool has ever come closer to Canva!
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is still exploring animation and they are at a toddler stage as it was introduced just recently. If they could add more to the animation bit it would be wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved hiring a designer for our contents that had to be rolled out as we ourselves assigned the project to in-house teams and they are very well able to design like professional designers!

If you are looking for a simple yet powerful design tool, I recommend you to go with Canva. I have reviewed many other softwares in different business lines never I have ever recommended someone to go with just one product ever, this is the first time and I don't know if it would ever happen again, you may blindly trust this product as this product has made me a crazy designer with zero design experience!
