What do you like best about the product?
Draup is able to provide quite detailed company profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Draup to include IT spend as part of the company profiles. This would make it a one-stop solution for such research

Draup is used in our organization mainly to collect information on target companies and enable new selling

What do you like best about the product?
Draup has gained considerable capability in the field of Ecosystem Sensing and the structured aggregation and processing of data is a pleasant help in the daily business routine. Through Draup, I can access well-prepared data at any time in increasingly complex business areas, which has often supported me in various instances. Draup is always open to feedback and can respond to additional requests at short notice. I have gained a high level of trust in the cooperation over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be preferable if Draup could diversify even more into core markets of the high-tech industry and pay more attention to niche areas. I think that this will be a natural evolution of the platform. So far, some requests in this regard are only individualized and available on request - but then delivered with the usual high quality!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Draup provides valuable background information on all aspects of daily business. I like to use Draup's platform to generate a diversified opinion of necessary things for sound decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Consolidated insights across a range of dimensions for the client - specially Braindesk and industry
2. Frequent updates with additional features
3. And above all the team's attitude to address our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such sticks out in particular; While the content and the periodicity are just apt, we as customers are sometimes not able to catch up on consumption at our end which makes me uncomfortable :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Base growth: getting details of where could be potential areas for furthering our engagement in existing logos
2. New Logos: getting insights into what a new client's landscape is like and what areas from our portfolio of offerings would garner better attention from the client
3. Team engagement and thought leadership: Industry trends presented by Draup team, make us align our thoughts and be more relevant in client conversations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I call this an Ocean (of insights) in a Draup (Drop). Its been a fantastic association for me and my entire team using the tool. I am reasonably sure that any new user of Draup, would find it insightful and easy to work with

What do you like best about the product?
The insights that they bring to the table around R&D spend, outsourcing locations/partners, market trends etc., of each of the account are valuable. Also the turn arround time for each of the requests is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Experience is good so far

Quick homework before we target the account is possible when we have its Draup analysis with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Draup has great features that helped us grow our business. We have used braindesk reports, customer reports for different prospects. Buyers, signals related to organizations and verticalized reports definitely help every organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be an integration with other SaaS products like Salesforce will help

Business intelligence related to different verticals and Service lines.

What do you like best about the product?
Account insights at Draup platform are very helpful to grow your business. More than that, I am impressed with the customer service they provide. They go miles to help their customers in achieving their business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need to have a mobile application for ease of access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saw an increase in our customer tractions after getting Draup support. The tractions are being more fruitful now as we go well prepared in the meeting...thanks to the accurate insights we get for a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Draup is more than a partner in your business. It takes you closer to your customers by providing insights that are difficult to get. It is a great tool for executives who want to be a step ahead in the industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives detailed insights on customers' R&D spend, buying locations, key people to target, existing service providers etc. Many other tools provide high-level data such as revenue and executive team but can't offer the depth that DRAUP does. These insights are really useful in strategizing, tailoring and executing effective Account Based Marketing (ABM) activities.

I also like the daily industry specific newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, found that a few statistics such as Total Addressable Market (TAM), outsourced R&D spend etc. weren't 100% accurate. There is a scope for improvement in this area, especially when a company acquires another company, TAM and R&D spend numbers don't get updated at the same pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to improve the effectiveness of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with the intelligence offered by Draup. We have achieved significant benefit the data provided by DRAUP. We have seen a tangible increase in the number of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and SAL to Qualified Opportunities ratio.

What do you like best about the product?
Coverage of companies across geographies and sectors. Very rarely have I looked for a company that isn't covered in DRAUP. Also able to see recent contract wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is slower than I would like, which can make it a bit frustrating at times to look for data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the right people within customers to approach. Understanding the key centers of R&D and technologies they're working on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time just exploring before getting into specific asks. Leverage the DRAUP team for information not available directly on the database.
