What do you like best about the product?
I low the data and the best time to post option
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think the main page looks good. I think it can be better designed and more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving time for me to do math of finding out my engagment rate. As a creative girl not a math girl it’s very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clear and direct information (definitions, help links, and tutorials are helpful), I also personally like the design
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the Meta metrics to be confusing/off from what's available in-platform and I wish we had the ability to see metrics from collab posts that we don't own

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use and comprehensive, and I love that I can get all of my social analytics for multiple platforms in one place. Also, their customer experience is always incredible with folks who are eager to help you get the best experience out of their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to have clearer information about all the features that are offered. Sometimes it feels like there are paid features available that aren’t widely known unless you specifically ask about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives users a simple, easy way to access all of their social analytics in one place. It also allows you to share social analytics with key stakeholders in an extremely comprehensive way by utilizing their reports.

What do you like best about the product?
It's scheduling tool is efficient and user friendly. I like that the reporting tool is accurate and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool can be buggy- failure to post items, or loading times for videos can be quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It schedules content and allows for reporting on that content all in one place. This enhances efficiency and reduces friction in social media marketing and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social saves me time by letting me schedule and manage posts across multiple channels at once. It also helps me identify the most effective times to publish content for maximum engagement. Writing content and alt-texts is easier and faster with it's AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media profiles in Sprout Social get disconnected, and have to reconnect them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines the entire process of scheduling and managing social media content, which saves us time. Rather than switching between different platforms to post or monitor activity, we can handle everything in one place. As an all-in-one platform, it makes it easier to plan and organize content in advance, so we can batch tasks efficiently and stay consistent without constantly jumping between multiple social media accounts. It also provides content performance insights, which helps us plan more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization it provides and the fact that AI is utilized makes it more up to date with competitor apps. The onboarding process was easy and I found the web deisgn easy to use. The scheduling function has been my favorite part, saving me time and keeping me and my goals on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Sprout Social. Everything has come easily so far. No issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My time management is the largest problem solved.

Streamlines Social Media, Needs Better Instagram Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social organizes all of our social media comments in a way that allows us all to respond. I appreciate how I can see if someone else is working on another ticket before I start, which helps our team utilize our time more effectively and prevents us from both working on the same thing at the same time. This feature makes our team quicker and more effective. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how we can't see Instagram comments at all right now. I don't know why we can't see the ad comments from Instagram. So that's annoying. And then also the settings at the top, like, if you organize, it'll mess up everything. The Instagram ad comments need to be fixed. It's like a bug in our system where if the Instagram ad comments are on, it won't show anything else. That needs to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize social media comments so our team can respond efficiently, avoiding duplicate work.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to create and schedule content across multiple profile groups, and to quickly access reporting for that content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their are multi channel limitations to bulk uploading tools making scheduling content difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting can be time consuming so Sprouts reporting tools have easily allowed us to streamline reporting and measure KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for managing, monitoring, and publishing content across all our company's social media channels from a single platform. I love having everything I need in one place, which saves me time from jumping between platforms. It keeps me organized with weekly and monthly content planning and provides easy-to-read analytics. Being able to see comments, mentions, and tags from each platform is extremely useful for monitoring customer interactions. These features help ensure nothing slips through the cracks and allow me to quickly engage with our audience, which is crucial in the banking industry where responsiveness builds trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning how to utilize all aspects of the platform, so it's a bit of a learning curve for me. The reporting tools are very strong and easy to use, but customizing dashboards and exporting tailored reports could maybe be more streamlined. I love a drag-and-drop widget, and if there was an easier way to merge data from different networks, I think this would be very helpful.
