Easy, Fast, and Truly User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, fast and very user friendly. Easy to learn and implement. Allows to support our viewers. We use it every day to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing Salesforce case numbers in the reply section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because most of the interactions we use Sprout for are socials, Sprout is giving us abilities to help out viewers immediately once they posted a comment on Facebook or Twitter. It helps rising awareness and brand visibility, and that we take a good care of the customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of the most intuitive and reliable social media management tools I’ve used. Its clean interface makes it easy to navigate, even when juggling multiple accounts and platforms. The Smart Inbox is a standout feature bringing all messages, comments, and mentions into one centralized place saves an incredible amount of time and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for new users to learn all the features and workflows. Once you’re familiar with it, it’s great but the initial learning curve may feel steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline and simplify the entire social media management process. Instead of switching between multiple platforms, messages, and analytics tools, everything is centralized in one place. The Smart Inbox solves the problem of missed comments or messages by consolidating all engagement across channels, which helps maintain faster response times and stronger community management.
Content planning and scheduling are also much easier with Sprout. It eliminates the need for manual posting and reduces the risk of errors or inconsistent posting schedules. The collaborative features help my team stay aligned, manage approvals, and avoid duplicate work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can customize and push out content to each platform, which makes managing different social media accounts easier. I also like the inbox feature that aggregates all incoming messages and comments for review, helping me keep track of engagement efficiently. It is very helpful to see engagement from all our channels from one view, simplifying the process of monitoring interactions across platforms. The initial setup was straightforward, which made getting started hassle-free. Overall, Sprout Social serves our needs well, as it was recommended to us and has been meeting our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add LinkedIn tags from Sprout Social instead of having to do so after the post is live.

Sprout Social centralizes our social media management, tracks our content calendar, and allows content customization for each platform. The inbox feature aggregates all messages, making it helpful to see engagement from all channels in one view.

How friendly it is to use, and the easiness of getting along to it and the frequency of use that I give to it.

That the updates surging on social media takes too much time to update on Sprout.

I really love the AI assist when responding to comments.

The platform’s layout feels a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of tabs and many different things to do, so it can take some time to figure out where everything is.

The contact list and tag features are useful and easy to work with.

Sprout Social is the absolute best scheduling platform for multiple account management and provides the most succicnt and indepth reporting.

The depth of capabilities of Sprout is endless and can feel daunting

Sporut social keeps over 10 different social channels organized in one platform and makes scheduling easy and fast.
Powerful Reporting and Easy Scheduling That Fits Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule my posts is of course great but the real value comes in the reporting. The extensive filters in the reporting function mean I can review exactly how specific content pillars are performing which is crucial for my role. It's very easy to use and integrate into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could do with some simplifying. I do sometimes forget how to navigate to certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to better manage my social content workflow and repoting.

I really like how Sprout Social shows you what it would look like in the grid format, which helps me ensure it aligns with our current brand. I also really like how you can add in comments and respond to the managers of the account. The initial setup was really quick and easy to use, and it has a nice user interface as well.

Sprout Social solves drafting content problems and streamlines feedback. I like the grid format for aligning with our brand, and I can add comments and respond to managers, enhancing communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to track analytics across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media profiles disconnect periodically for safety reasons, which is understandable, but it happens so often that it feels a bit like overkill sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking analytics and engagement across all social platforms, makes it easier to determine where there are successes and where there are areas of growth/refinement in strategy.
Effortless Social Scheduling and Powerful Tagging
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social because it makes it super easy to schedule posts ahead of time and to easily pull metrics using the Tag Report. My favorite thing about the platform is the robust tagging function, which keeps me organized and makes it super quick and easy to pull up posts from yesterday or even a few years ago. The platform is also great because it was super easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization's top platform is LinkedIn and the listening tool doesn't use that platform as a source to pull data from so that's something that could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to make scheduling posts ahead of time super easy and to quickly pull metrics with the Tag Report.
