Well-rounded solution for social posts and customer satisfaction management

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is able to connect with several social media sites/platforms without issues once the permissions have been set up - more than other platforms we have used in the past. We have also used the bulk publishing tool extensivel, with great results. Moreover, the review reports have provided great insight to manage customer satisfaction and increasing incentives for our in-store associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a tendency to get some profiles disconnected here and there. It seems the profiles are tethered to the person who added them. Changes in the organization might cause some profiles to get disconnected once a superadmin is removed. Fortunately, all admins are always notified when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a social media management tool that allowed us to streamline the process of posting and collecting reviews from different platforms. Before using Sprout, it had been difficult to have a one-stop software to handle everything, especially since we can't have so many users administrating our social accounts directly. Moreover, customer sentiment is extremely important to us because it also allows us to create CSAT scores for our stores, therefore contributing to fairly incentivize our associates.

What do you like best about the product?
The reassurance and confidence in the system - useful features like AI alt text are a time saver, the suggested posting times reassure me that my content will meet the audience at the best times and system is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing further features can come at quite a premium cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, reporting on content, dealing with user interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts and monitoring crisis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account limit - we have multiple clients and it would be nice to have unlimited accounts without extra fees.

Helping us a great deal with social listening.

Helpful for multi channel social support

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social does a great job of streamlining social channels. It's helpful that the team doesn't have to log into multiple social channels every time we want to monitor our social presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
A specific user type for CS agents would be helpful. It can be tough for users to navigate messages or comments that need action. The CS team doesn't need to have access to view performance or other metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is small and has a limited amount of time to monitor social channels, but we do want to monitor daily. Sprout Social makes it easy for agents to access our social channels and reply to concerns or comments directly from the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout makes to integrate Social Media platforms with its built in integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While, I feel like Sprout largely meets my expectations, I would say I dislike the fact that the process can be a bit involved when it comes to integrating lesser known platform for which Sprout has not built a native integration plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to both centrally manage our social media platform and centrally engage with followers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to compare our competitor accounts right there in our analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' t think Sprout has any control, but I hate when I have to reconnect my accounts and forget to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multiple accounts on my team, so being able to look at all of the accounts in one place is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics are by far the strong suit. Easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of grid planning for Instagram specifically in current plan, it feels like this should be a baseline feature. Pricing structure is hard for small nonprofits to scale team members if volunteers are in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing an effective workflow for media scheduling and release.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social helps centralize and streamline our social media management. It solves the problem of juggling multiple platforms by providing one place to schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and respond to messages across channels. I like the ease of use and really value the Smart Inbox, scheduling calendar, and reporting tools. The Smart Inbox makes it easy to manage and respond to messages for different platforms in one place, the calendar helps us plan and stay consistent, and the reporting tools provide clear insights we can easily share with stakeholders. Getting setup was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is strong, but customization can be limited depending on what metrics or formats you want. The platform can also feel expensive for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social centralizes our social media management, streamlining scheduling, publishing, and engagement across platforms. I value the Smart Inbox for easy message management, the scheduling calendar for consistency, and reporting tools for clear stakeholder insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and reporting are so, so easy with Sprout. The reports are detailed and provide good insight that my managers love. I use it all day, every day. Sprout's customer support team is very communicative and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to connect Bluesky accounts, and sometimes post failures can be vague in terms of what caused it. Posting scheduled videos to Instagram always gives me problems as well if they are over 1 minute long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me hours per day by allowing me to schedule content instead of manually posting, in addition to allowing me quick access to really valuable data about our social performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear interface, easy to navigate and pull the data on the posts, filtering options are great
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing the information how to pull and integrate the data in other reporting platforms (other than Sprout Social), we cannot use the data from Sprout Social except in the Sprout Social itself and it's not comparable to other data (for instance, to GA4 data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a user-friendly way for non-data-focused teams to easily assess performance.
