Sprout Consolidates All My Clients' Stats!
What do you like best about the product?
That I can run a single report to get all the data I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to connect profiles with Meta - but it has gotten better.

Allows me to have many clients and one place to get all the reporting stats I need to do my job

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease in scheduling content through the platform and support of our sprout social representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things with the reporting that can be improved with AI assist. Overall, it's a great product/tool. I've already made these product features aware to our rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is supporting our teams in content efficiency and adminstration. It is also supporting our team with social listening, social media analytics, and community engagement through responses into our Smart Inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the software daily to manage my clients' social media for over a decade. I love the ability to see all of the incoming messages from across platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has gotten more expensive over the years.

Each of my clients has multiple social media accounts. Sprout Social organizes them all into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tools, and smart inbox tool.

Changes or fixes can sometimes be a little slow to come, but not horribly.

We are able to manage all of our social pages and more.

Analyze the type of content that works best for different brands, concepts, or niches on a social network.
Convenient Way To Manage Social Media Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It's a super convenient way to post across most social media platforms and some of the features (such as smart inbox) are very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with what it can do - such as not being able to add trending music to posts. I would love to see that feature added.

Saves time when it comes to cross-platform posting.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most user-friendly platform I have ever used for corporate social media management. I can do a quick search of the platform and find exactly what I'm looking for. Tihis has saved me endless amounts of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more data backfill for all social platforms connected.

It's helping me understand customer sentiment, competitor insights, and post performance. These help me make educated decsisions with content.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Ive enjoyed my experience with Sprout Social so far. Just finished onboarding and the functionality it provides for all things social is great. The ease of responding to reviews and using their tagging funtionality to categorize feedback is helpful. Cant wait to see how the reports work once we have more data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all review sites are compatible with Sprout so we arent able too connect all of them and will have to manually monitor a few of them. The AI feature needs to be built out more for replying to reviews. It uses the same terminology almost every time and should provide varied responses so companies dont sound redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing all of our social media work into one system which allows Member Service and Marketing teams to collaborate easily.
