User friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used Sprout Social for Community Management. It is a very easy to use tool. Also they have a great support team, that responds quickly and friendly to inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even more user friendly, if I could see full conversations as one flow.
Also it would be nice to have a more easy function to tag certain profiles longterm (vs. having to create a rule for that with every new category).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where we are mentioned across all Social Media Channels.
Exactly what I need it for
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics is amazing, goes back to a long time ago and has graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the resizing for scheduling can be challenging. Logging in is sometimes challenging as well when having more than 1 person logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information from analytics, and helping consolidate scheduling as in not having to schedule individually.
Better than other social media platforms I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is user-friendly and has everything I need it one place. Some of my favorite things about Sprout are its integrations with bit.ly, canva, and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout lacks some of the finer details when it comes to publishing capabilities, such as first comment for all platforms, using polls on IG and LI, and setting a cover for reels and videos from the video itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting our content and reporting
Great all-rounder for various social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes me much more efficient at sharing social media content using the ability to share to multiple platforms simultaneously. The process to add accounts is simple and also incorporates several features unique to each platform such as collaborations and playlists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are available in full. Instagram collaborations are limited to three accounts rather than the full five, and you can only choose one of 20 suggested preview frames for a video instead of a specific frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater efficiency by sharing posts simultaneously. Easy to look at all content shared on all platforms in one place. Also good for community management with direct messages.
A Must for Agency Owners
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency owner juggling multiple clients, I’ve tried my fair share of social media management platforms and Sprout Social is the one I’ve stuck with. It just works in a way that feels seamless and intuitive, which is saying a lot after testing some of the more budget-friendly options out there.
What I love most is how easy it is to manage all of my clients in one place without feeling overwhelmed. The interface is clean, the workflow makes sense, and the learning curve is minimal. The branded reporting is also a huge plus. Clients love it, and it saves me so much time.
Their link-in-bio tool is another great feature that I haven't seen with other schedulers. It makes content feel more cohesive and professional, and it’s one less third-party tool I have to worry about.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, no platform is perfect. I’ve run into occasional tech hiccups, especially with push notifications, and I’d really love to see a way to pre-schedule story links instead of manually publishing them. Hopefully that's something they add in the future.
It’s definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, the time saved and the quality of features are well worth it. If you’re managing multiple brands or clients and want something polished and reliable, Sprout Social is hard to beat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has honestly helped me get my life back a little when it comes to managing social for multiple clients. Before, I was bouncing between different tools and tabs just to stay on top of content, approvals, engagement, and reporting. Now it’s all in one place and it actually feels manageable.
One of my favorite features is the content calendar and approval workflow. Being able to send posts through a review pipeline for feedback or approval (without a million back-and-forth emails) has been a game-changer. It keeps my team and clients aligned, and it saves so much time.
The reporting tools are also a huge win. Being able to quickly generate beautiful, keeps my clients in the loop and cuts out hours of manual work. And I love that they have a link-in-bio tool built right in because it’s one less third-party thing I need to manage, and it keeps everything feeling seamless.

Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it compiles all social media responses and posts to be easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I can think of, the function of hiding comments on Instagram is not available which would be nice to have, and sometimes there is a delay/glitch when hiding and tagging posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is making it easy to monitor our social media so that offensive or spam comments can be hidden and our customers can receive quick responses.
Reporting made simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of pulling reports for the different accounts I work with. I also love the customization, allowing me to choose from a wide range of metrics, depending on the account's goals. It helps us strategize from all angles and make compelling arguments when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media accounts have disconnected from the platform often and have not been easy to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me partner with marketers to create strong social media strategies and show stakeholder the results of our efforts.
Couldn't do it without Sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes social so easy - from scheduling with your team members, approving posts, viewing a calendar holistically, and reporting, it does everything you need it to with ease. I use Sprout daily for scheduling, reporting and analytics - I especially love the scheduling at peak times feature and the ability to duplicate posts. Tagging posts makes it easy to have a record!
From a company perspective, the campaign planner allows me to see ROI and send to internal teams.
The Sprout team is great to work with, from customer service, check-ins, and yearly renewals.

What do you dislike about the product?
With LinkedIn being our biggest channel, I wish there was more listening we could do on that channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cohesive way to unify our channels + data for our social team of one. Without it, it would be very difficult and time consuming to prove the direct ROI from our brand social. It gives us a holistic view. Last year, we debated getting rid of Sprout and I fought hard to keep it.
Efficient Social Media Management Tool with Great Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes managing multiple social media profiles incredibly easy. The Smart Inbox is especially useful for consolidating messages across platforms, and the scheduling features save a lot of time. I particularly appreciate the analytics and reporting tools — they provide clear, customizable insights that help optimize content and demonstrate ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small teams or startups. Some advanced features, like more granular competitor analysis or listening tools, are only available on higher-tier plans. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve with setting up automation workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline our social media management by centralizing publishing, engagement, and reporting in one platform. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tools and logins, making our workflow more efficient. The unified inbox ensures we never miss a message or comment, while the reporting tools help us track performance and justify our social strategy to stakeholders. This has saved our team time, improved response rates, and helped us make more data-driven decisions.
It has been streamline, and it has allowed my news station to take our digital coverage up a notch.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have one place to amass our digital statistics. Instead of having to use each invidiual's platforms social media analytics, sprout allows us to see what is working with our audience and what isn't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the inability to curate analytics for individual talent that we have at our news station. I wishthere was an ability to look at other profiles to see how well their social content is doing. The current system of grouping talent is too cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post news stories on all social platforms at one time. Prior, we had to post on each individual platform and curate statsitifcs line-by-line. This has allowed us to easily analyze what is working for our audience vs. what is failing.
