Very flexible capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
The many capabilites of scheduling and the beginngers guide to help those who have never used this platform before.

I have not found anything that I dislike just yet

Easy to use with good features

What do you like best about the product?
The optimal posting times that Sproutsocial recommends are helpful. it is also nice to be able to schedule posts for all platforms within one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not yet possible to post video media to Pinterest, so we still have to use other tools to post these. There are a lot of restrictions for LinkedIn tagging, and other platforms do not have this issue which can be a bit restricting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video media for Pinterest. I contacted Customer Support and they said that they are working on having this feature in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
for social listening and scheduling across most platforms including YouTube. There was also fast custom support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the subscription we had was a single sign-on so only one person could use it at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple platform management with much more than that. It provided a well rounded experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics - hands down. The ability to separate posts by tag, campaign, platform, type, etc has been transformational. I once had problems at work with the team not having enough visibility into how each type of post is performing. This was before Sprout, and I ended up manually pulling the stats for each post from the past 6-12 months. This was tedeious and endless, also prone to human error. Since then I found Sprout and has been recommending it at every company I've worked at.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some API limititations from social platforms themselves that prevent me from tagging people in Sprout. I wish this wasn't the case. Because of this, I still have to go and manually tag people on LinkedIn for example. This isn't Sprout's fault though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating scheduling, posting and evaluating social media efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
This is by fair the most comprehensive social media management tool we have found! From listening, to inbox management, reputation management cheduling and reporting sprout social has it all! Not to metnion their impeccable customer support. This is something I use everal times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it has so much it can take a while to learn where everything is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that everything is all in one place, rather than over a few applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience. All the features are easily accessible and easily understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot publish pdf's via LinkedIn. You also cannot edit posts for different platforms via the compose panel. Unfortunately, you have to schedule and then duplicate the draft one platform at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having content creation and review capabilities + reporting + Link in Bio + community management available under 'one roof.' I have been using it daily for the past 7 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty pricey tool that not everyone is able to justify paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an all-encompassing tool where I can house all of my clints' social media accounts is wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been super useful for those of us who manage complaints, customer sentiment and feedback. I really enjoy the ability to get insight into multiple topics and the customizable interface. The insight gained is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up and reporting is not as intuitive as you would expect. Sometimes it gets tricky to remember how you got to a certain page/button. Other than that, I have been very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing me to gain further insight about new launches and complaints customers have about our services. Because we partner with other brands, sometimes it is difficult to determine what is being mentioned about us directly vs the brand partner but Sprout gives us visibility into more details.

What do you like best about the product?
We switched from a competitor tool to Sprout Social, and it’s been a game-changer for scaling up our social media activities. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, saving me a ton of time when I need quick insights or to monitor multiple campaigns. The analytics feature is especially valuable—it provides detailed data on engagement and audience demographics, which has been huge for our campaign strategies. We’re able to make data-driven decisions in real-time, and that’s helped us adjust our campaigns to drive better results. Scheduling and publishing are also very smooth; for longer campaigns, I can just set it and forget it, which is a lifesaver with everything else going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout has been great, there’s a bit of room for improvement in the reporting features. It would be helpful to have more customization options for certain metrics and the ability to export in different formats for different teams. Also, I haven’t needed support too often, but I think it would be nice to see a bit more proactive guidance on new features or best practices, especially when updates are rolled out.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides a comprehensive way to use boolean and curate specific listening reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I'm disappointed in is the limit on tracked hashtags and the blind eye on TikTok.
