What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout allows for easy scheduling of posts, and it allows you to navigate and respond to people's feedback regarding your posts/social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the feedback that Sprout routes back to us are not entirely related to our office or our services (the focus on key words in sending us people's social media posts is not the most specific or advanced).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is allowing for my business to plan ahead and schedule posts (at the most optimal times, with the most optimal captions...) to ensure efficiency. Sprout Social is also allowing us to see people's real-time feedback about our brand and respond to customer comments or concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is the ability to track engagement and seeing how posts do. They also have really good features that optimize performance and goes much deeper analytically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Sprout Social can come with a learning curve - learning all the features can be difficult if you don't know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me and my team track our performance and tailor our posts to get better reach, as well as figuring out the best time to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I first started using Sprout Social in 2012. In the beginning, Sprout was the clear front runer for social management and over the 12 years I've used Sprout, it's only gotten better.

Why you should choose Sprout over other social tools:
1) Customer service - Responsive and helpful.
2) Ease of use - It takes less than 10 minutes to get all of your accounts connected.
3) Feature rich - smart inbox, listening tools, review management, TAGS (iykyk)
4) Reliable - I've used just about every social management tool their is and I always keep coming back to Sprout because it's reliable. It just works. Other platforms I've used send posts to the wrong channels, delete weeks of scheduled content, and provide useles analytic reports. Sprout just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, Sprout was defintely one of the more expensive options for social management and as a result, that turned a lot of users off. However in the past few years, they've made their pricing more competitive and I support that decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the tag tool is the most useful tool that Sprout offers. I use and abuse the tag feature. Every single post our org sends has a tag. Why is that? The answer is segmentation. Across 20+ accounts, tags allow us to gauge brand sentiment, topic based user interest, user behaviors, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE TO SEE THE RESPONSE AND POST FROM CUSTOMERS. HOW WE CAN PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND HOW OFTEN WE CAN OR WILL USE THIS ENGINE.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING AT THIS POINT IM JUST STARTING TO USE THIS TYPE OF PLATFORM. ITS EASY TO USE SO FAR.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is a one-stop shop for all needs. You can do everything from the most basic functions for managing a brand's social media to the most analytical and strategic practices. One of the things I think that makes Sprout unique is that although you can do practically everything in Sprout, it is still very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would say is not my favorite thing about Sprout is that sometimes it can seem as if once they have your money, it's kind of up to you as the consumer to get things handled from a customer service perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of the general management .

sometimes tagging accounts on instagram act up. we cant tag accounts on a reel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
community engagement, responding to comments and dms in a timely manner
building campaigns across brands and being able to visually see everything. sharing the calendar with the team has been a huge help
content review through content tags and analytics

It would be great to have more features rolled out under the basic access.
