Great Tools for Social

What do you like best about the product?
As a data scientist, I appreciate being able to export all the data out of a single source. Being able to schedule posts and view the analytics of multiple social media platforms in a single place is what makes Sprout a great tool.

I also appreciate the extra features that are included that we sometimes don't realize are there - such as a "link in bio", and listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is missing, so I have to find other means to export that data. Although that might be due to the social platforms, and not Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how I don't have to go to multiple different sources to export analytics. I used to have to go to 4+ different sites to export the analytics I need.

Effortless Content Scheduling with Minor Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule my content and develop the content calendar. I like how easy it is to use, and that a lot of my teammates can be logged in as well. The setup was pretty easy even if linking all the accounts was a bit cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that social accounts get disconnected quite often, which can be frustrating. Also, while the initial setup was easy, linking all the accounts felt a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule my content, solving the problem of manually scheduling during off hours. It's easy to use, and many of my teammates can log in as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I liek how I can easily schedule out social posts for months ahead, it makes my job a lot easier. I also appreciate the reporting and listening tools that we have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult as a team/business to add multiple people and platforms to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to pull analytics from other sources.

I like how easy it is to find the reports for the entire profile of the company.

I have yet to have any problems with Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has unlimited features tailored to your profiles. From recommending the best post times for your audience, to managing a customer support team. I use it daily—it keeps me organized and ahead on my work with scheduling, and it's so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sprout Social is that it's SO GOOD there's too much to learn. I feel like I underutilized it because there were so many features I could be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see everything being said on social media about my company without having to scroll for hours on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout for managing social media! It's been a game changer in helping me become more proficient with scheduling, engaging, and staying organized. The analytics are a huge bonus, giving my team the insights we need to track our progress and improve our strategies. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their social media game!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of the platform really covers all my bases!

Coming from an organization that only used Buffer it solves everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout is to navigate. It also allows you to view the full threat of a social media post. There are shortcut answers that can be saved, you can like post and catoregize post by topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not use all of Sprouts function because it is not necessary in our role, but the additional things are still shown on dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication with customers and vieweinf their feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of behind able to upload and track social media content. It makes life so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a learning curve for new users, but once you understand it's easy grasp

I think sprouts is solving the problem of having so much work and not having time to individually track each post, all the info is right there

Great product with fast customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI overall the best. I would use Sprout simply for that alone. However, the most standout thing to me within the product is the customer service. Whenever I have a question, I get fast, detailed responses. I was genuinely blown away with how knowledgeable the staff is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to create a full content calendar within the "Publishing" section. I can't drag and drop notes to different days yet (although I see you're working on that in the Arb!), and I want a little more automation in that way (not AI captions). I'd love to drop Asana for good and just use Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General everyday social media management -- an all-in-one tool.
