What do you like best about the product?
Our purpose for investing in Sprout was to streamline our content production and approval process. The ability to capture ideas and notes in the same location that content is created saves time, as does the ability to complete the review and approval process. This has resulted in significant time savings for content creation, as well as for our reporting process. We have been able customise the report to what we need and produce it easily. Instead of taking days, we spend a fraction of the time on preparing monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The available features meet our business marketing requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Friction in the process of content creation, i.e. rework, not having a central location, ideation, review

It's really easy to use and schedule content at optimal times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to attach trending audios to tiktoks. I also wish there was a way to publish tiktok slideshows in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in marketing and am a content specialist who uses Sprout Social on a daily basis. The ease of use, the tools offered and the support from the company are just a few reasons why I really like this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see additional features/capabilities as the social media platforms grow and change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a great tool to schedule posts and coordinate with my team because we are remote. The draft feature allows us to check each other's work and assist when needed.
Incredibly easy to learn, highly useful platform with many different valuable functions.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides many different capabilities, such as publishing, listening, reporting, etc. I have been using Sprout Social for almost a year now and I've never faced any major issues. It makes performing all tasks around social media easy and stress-free. It's also a great collaborative platform that makes it easy to work together with your team. Their customer support has always been quick and very helpful. Using sprout everyday, I highly recommend it as it is beneficial to integrate your social media platforms and easy to implement your strategy and campaigns on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things; sometimes your profiles get disconnected, a few occasional technical glitches, a few features I wish they had, but nothing that can't be easily fixed through their support or worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easy to manage several social media accounts at once, compiling all of your accounts onto one platform. It simplifies the sometimes confusing publishing screens on platforms, and can quickly crop/edit your assets to be the appropriate size. It also provides AI suggestions for alt-text that are usually perfect.
I love the customer support, robust reporting and scheduling opportunities.
What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the most important parts of any software is the help you can access to use it. The chat on sprout is helpful and fast. The tool is robust, there are a lot of opportunitites for training, and in a hurry - you can get help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't vary the post copy and image sizes per post per platform in one shot. You can duplicate posts or vary certain settings but this function is annoying. If you have to change one word in a post that is almost the same across channels - you have to open it a bunch of seperate times. This was almost a deal breaker for me. It would also be nice to automate boosting within a budget like Hootsuite can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to tag posts, pull reports, and plan ahead. There are so many features - like the queue - that I want to learn. We use the approvals, cases, tagging, campaign planning (I LOOOOOOVEE this) and reporting. It's an amazing tool and has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media specialist, using Sprout Social has a great impact in our customer engagement by allowing us to track engagement reports effortlessly through its intuitive dashboard and reports. The case management feature is particularly valuable, as it lets us review customer feedback, analyze case volume and efficiency of our customer care efforts, and make informed decisions that align with our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, case management lacks the ability to search case numbers or to be able to copy case permalinks directly in sprout, and I hope this gets resolved soon.

To oversee communit engagement across various social platforms that we work on.
The Strongest Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to access analytics, publishing, and messages/mentions all in one place. It's incredibly convenient. I also like that Sprout allows me to look at analytics that aren't necessarily available on social platforms themselves, which gives me insights that wouldn't be available otherwise. Overall it's been very helpful in my position and I enjoy using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Sprout. I would appreciate easier direct links to reply to comments/dms/posts but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy for me to access analytics that otherwise I'd have to calculate manually, which is time consuming.
Amazing Service!
What do you like best about the product?
As one of our moderators for business social media, I like Sprout Social because it is incredibly easy to see all comments, private messages, mentions, etc. from all over (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc) on ONE platform! I can reply to messages directly on Sprout without having to go back to each social page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for about a month or so and there is nothing so far I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving our customer service issues.. in terms of how fast we can respond to customers from all platforms and improving satisfactory ratings.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's intuitive interface and comprehensive analytics. It makes managing and understanding social media performance much easier.

While Sprout Social offers many great features, it can be quite expensive, especially for smaller businesses.
