As a customer of Sprout Social, what I like best is its incredibly user-friendly interface. It's so intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes managing multiple social media accounts a breeze. Sprout Social offers a convenient tool for managing all social media platforms, allowing easy scheduling of posts and efficient management of comments. It also provides streamlined methods for obtaining social media reports, making decision-making much simpler.

Sprout may take some time to learn, but once you're familiar with it, everything becomes easy. The team is also proactive in providing thorough onboarding support to ensure everyone is well-equipped to use the platform effectively.

Sometimes it takes a while for information to integrate and that can be frustrating.

We want to know what type of content is working and what time to post. Sprout has helped us immensely with that.

The program never has any error's and it works like it's supposed to, it's also very fast and user friendly.

Easy to Navigate for First Timer
What do you like best about the product?
The benefit of Sprout Social is the ease of use for a first timer. So easy to navigate around the site - posting, scheduling and reporting was both easy to find and easy to operate. Appreciated the support pages and the ability to glance quickly at week/month view, while moving between brand pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Will keep using Sprout Social for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of scheudling posts, especially stories/reels, in advance of time. Very time saving!

Should have the "first comment" feature available for all sites.

Easy to use and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform to use, worked across all the channels I needed (Facebook, Instgram, X, Youtube and Linkedin). Great scheduling and reporting tools with visualisations or options to download as CSV files. The ability to create cases and assign to others was also super useful when working in teams with multiple subject matter experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
An autorefresh feature in the smart inbox would be great to have.
The 'optimal times' feature for posts sometimes recommended wierd hours to make posts (e.g. 2 am)

Being able to manage a busy and full publication schedule across multiple channels
Sprout has been an amazing resource to have since moving into my new role as marketing specialist.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule out as far in advance as I'd like to without having to worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only problem I am coming across is that my Sprout has been a bit laggy when scheduling out posts, but other than that it has been great!

I used to have lots of issues finding analytics of posts, but now its all in one spot which I love.
