What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social makes it to manage everything in one place. The dashboard is clean and not overwhelming, which matters when you’re juggling multiple accounts. The Smart Inbox is probably my favorite feature because it pulls all messages and comments together so I don’t have to bounce between platforms.
The reporting is also super helpful. It makes it easy to see what’s actually working without spending hours pulling data manually. I can quickly show results without overcomplicating things. I also really enjoy the data it pulls to help post at the best optimized time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the cost. It’s definitely an investment, especially if you need multiple users or more advanced features. Sometimes I wish certain features weren’t tied to higher-tier plans.
There’s also a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, just because it does so much but once you get used to it, it’s pretty smooth.

Before using Sprout, managing social felt scattered. Logging into different platforms, tracking comments manually, pulling reports separately, it was time-consuming and easy to miss things.
Sprout brings everything together. It saves time, keeps communication organized, and makes it easier to stay consistent with posting. The analytics help me make smarter content decisions instead of guessing what works. Overall, it just makes the whole social media process feel more structured and manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management of multi-brand channels. I like that I can check all of the channels, create cases, and track progress from each one of my peers. I really appreciate the programming calendar feature, as it displays all of the content for multiple platforms clearly, so I don't make programming mistakes. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the support team keeps us all looped into any changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the dashboard for seeing social media threads, it can be confusing to identify whether the posts are individual or linked to each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social makes it easy to look up tags and find old posts, especially when I am making recaps and decks of post successes. It's also helpful to track how successful posts are and track tags for specific posts. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate that.

I used to like when Sprout Social had an endless scroll. When it switched to only 25 posts per page in the reports section it made it harder to sift through.

Sprout Social helps us track post performance and tags, making it easy to find old posts. This is very useful when creating recaps and decks of post success.

I use Sprout Social to categorize guest feedback, which helps me address potentially risky concerns quickly and provide prompt responses. I love the social listening feature that ties data to social media; it's incredibly valuable and unique. I use the tag report to view posts specific to certain topics or product releases and report on that data to executive teams. The upcoming AI adaptations like Trellis make reporting on social media even more accessible and valuable. The initial setup was very smooth.

Maybe building out the reporting features to show KPIs in an Excel or easy-to-present format to report on progress.

I love the ability to schedule posts and also receive the metrics behind my posts. I think Sprout Social does a great job! The initial setup was very easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social easy to use, especially for scheduling posts. The asset library is also a feature I like a lot because it simplifies changing images without the need to upload new ones each time. I appreciate being able to save content as drafts and then easily schedule it on the calendar when creating monthly schedules. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated reply for comments, I wish you have that feature. We usually get a lot of Happy Birthdays, congrats, etc and having an AI workflow that can trigger automated reply will certainly free up some time for us.

Sprout Social saves time for my clients by handling their engagements and scheduling posts. It makes creating monthly schedules easy with drafts and a library for assets, eliminating the need to upload images repeatedly.

Sprout Social is a great all around tool for social media marketing. The depth of its reporting and analytics helps me understand my brand health more clearly and guides me toward making the best decisions for my brand’s KPIs. It’s also very easy to learn and implement in day-to-day use, integrates smoothly with other services, and comes with customer support that is both responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still lacking on some post capabilities with some social apps like being able to post PDFs to Linkedin and create mixed-format carousels that combine videos and images in the same post.

I like most about Sprout Social the ease of use and how user-friendly it is. It's really easy to use, and I can get my team using it really quickly as well. It's not intense to learn to use either. I also like how it starts collecting event outside kind of testimonials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sprout Social is always logging me out, which is quite annoying. Also, some of the steps could be more intuitive, as they tend to feel kind of tedious.

I find the recommended post time feature of Sprout Social very helpful. I also like how Sprout Social's UI is set up for ease of use, making scheduling posts for multiple platforms easy. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a hotkey or shortcuts for tagging content. We have 20+ tags and rather than have to search each time it would be nice to assign them a hot key. Example 'Alt+T' tags them as 'Topical'.
