Great tool that helps me improve my social media marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting in Sprout has been extremely helpful for me. I love being able to see all of the different social media analytics in one place, as well as being able to track specific campaigns for our accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike. Even if there is a feature I'd like to see implemented, their team is always open to feedback and is continually updating their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to schedule, track, and manage my social media accounts all in one place.
Easy and flexible social guide.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social has everything that I need to leverage our media in a comforatble format. There are a multitude of features that allows my team to assess our data, schedule our postings, find our strengths, and broaden our perspectives on where our social presence stands. Sprout Social is apart of our daily routine and is an easy tool that helps us full scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Sprout Social is that there isn't any live updates without refreshing the page. My team overlaps at times and frequent refresh rates would keep us from butting heads on certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving our problem with over posting and allowing us to watch our data in real time. It has been extremely helpful in our experimental phases.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is excellent, scheduling is straightforward, and the reports are always accurate. I especially appreciate having everything in one place—Sprout has truly made my work both easier and more enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complaints—the platform has made things much easier compared to our previous one. The only minor issue I've noticed is that sometimes your accounts may become disconnected. However, Sprout will notify you by email when this occurs, and as long as you reconnect promptly, you shouldn't miss any scheduled posts. Sprout will still save everything you had scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarterly reporting for our company is now extremely accurate for all social accounts. Also our social media posts are scheduled well in advance and we are extremely organized.

I can schedule all my posts weeks in advance so when the time comes it is stress free!

I wish I could schedule collab posts with other companies

That I don't have to be logged in to all the social accounts for my company but still be able to post.
All encompassing social solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, reporting and the AI features are so helpful in creating efficiencies throughout the work week. So easy to setup and get running. It integrates nearly seemlessly with platforms and customer support has been great answering last minute questions as we onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more educational resources for benchmarking and social learning as a whole, not just how to use Sprout.

The social media listening tools help us keep a pulse on the industry and the advanced analytics help us make strategic decisions about content.
1 Year into Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature with a shareable link is by far the most useful tool. I also use the inbox to manage all our platforms messages in one place. I am starting to get more acclimated with the social listening as well to monitor competitors and trends. Customer support also rocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could customize the inbox to remove specific words or accounts to show up, like a block option. We get unwanted messages in our inbox because peoples usernames include our brand name and loses efficiency on managing the inbox. This should be an easy feature to add and hope this happens soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the analytics to help answer our questions with content, and see what other competitors do. There is great reporting tools that help us make decisions on content as well.
After reviewing all the other platforms out there ... Sprout is the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout does reports and analytics really well! Organizing content and scheduling it to multiple platforms is really easy on sprout. And when it comes to the beginning of the month, when it's time to make the monthly and quarterly reports, sprout has every metric I need to show my marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about Sprout is that I cannot edit a post by the platform when scheduling it. I have to duplicate the post or start a new one whenever I want to edit something specific about a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is my one stop at everything I need as a Social Media Manager, I used to use many programs and with Sprout I go straight to one program and I have it all.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout is the social listening. I love that I'm getting a comprehensive view into my brand's social presence, and I can more effectively track all our different conversations. Also, the onboarding experience was one of the best I've had with a software product. Aside, from that, it's easy to use, easy to publish and incredibly easy to report on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to appropriately orient your social listening, and you're also a bit limited in topics if you're a smaller team. That said, the benefits far outweigh the (very few) negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to get a grasp on our brand presence outside of users who were aware of us. Sprout Social is helping us do just that!
Revolution in managing social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The Social Listening feature! It has been really helpful, particularly when we have big campaigns and we need to process a lot of data in a small timeframe. Plus, we've gained deep insights into conversations about our brand and our competitors. It's easy to use, especially when introducing new people to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major challenges with Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we are talking about community management, Sprout Social enables us to monitor user opinions about our product/service even when we're not tagged, which is really helpful. Also, we can compare user perceptions of our brand with those of our competitors, which is very useful for data driven decisions.
Better than the competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The main reason I prefer Sprout Social over other similar tools is the better UX. The analytics tool is great and my social media managing is as easy as it gets.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love using the analytics tool, it can be spruced up a bit. It still has all the features I need, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I have the one place for all of my social media networks. I primarily work with Linkedin and Facebook, sometimes X and I love that I can schedule longer texts at the same time, without going back and forth from network to network.
