The Smoothest Experience There Is
What do you like best about the product?
Navigating through the platform is a breeze, with tabs readily accessible at your fingertips. It's incredibly satisfying to effortlessly pull up the exact tab you need. It's also super easy to set it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has been a game-changer for me, so nothing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines social media management by providing an organized platform where I can easily navigate through tabs and track interactions. This saves me time and ensures I never miss a message or comment

The best part about Sprout is being able to schedule conent across multiple platfroms

nothing, I love everyhting about it. I never run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We post across 10+ social media account ats one time ebing able to effectivly shcedule on all of those has been super beneficial. Being able to shcedule things like stories, tiktoks, and youtube videos is what really stood out to us too because all of that was done manually for so long.

My Go-To Social Tool for a Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and quick implementation of Sprout Social has always why it is my top pick for social tools for smaller teams. I can always count on it to work as needed with my workflows and not cause extra steps. I love Sprout!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downvote for Sprout comes when you need to integrate it for a large team that needs detailed approval flows. Some other tools can have more features there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving my go-to social media management tool need as a small social team. I can always count on the software to not cause strain on my current workflows. It is the all-in-one place for me to monitor my brand on social.
Sprout is the most advanced and intuitive social software I have seen on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is very thorough. The platform is capable of accomplishing all of our social goals, especially with the employee advocacy feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could pick and choose our package a bit more. The platform is so comprehensive, but several tools aren't of use to my organization. If we could have a less comprehensive build-out at a lower price, it would be easier to get approved for budgeting and continuous future use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More intuitive analytics, being able to target posts without spending ad revenue.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I love that you can easily duplicate posts so that you don't have to waste any time recreating a post if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that you have to push a post live on Instagram & TikTok instead of it posting automatically.

Convenient one stop shop for all things social
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social for both marketing and customer service. It provides a single platform where both teams can work efficiently. We love the automation features and the easy-to-read reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just switched over from another platform and currently I have not found anything that stands out negatively.

We used ot have social media marketing and customer service separate and now we were able to combine into one platform with all tools needed available
My favorite scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, and easy to navigate even though the onboarding. I love option for bulk scheduling, but I wish there were option to include video.
What do you dislike about the product?
In just one month of using the platform, I encountered numerous glitches with publishing. Posts wouldn't go out, warnings about potential issues with uploading were missing, and some functions didn't save properly. For instance, I removed boosting from a post, but it still received a $1 boost on Meta. There were many issues, but due to my busy schedule, I didn't have time to report all of them. I did report a few, and some gaps in the platform were identified.

The process of scheduling is much faster than other platforms I worked with!

Wish you could add trending music or sounds to your planned posts but its understandable why you cannot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has always been the go to platform that I recommend to my clients, the scheduling is easy, listening is impeccable and the analytics is like no other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more TikTok options as our clients tend to use it more and expect the same type of features as the other platforms.
