Quite Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use it for social media reporting and tracking competitors. I think the reporting function is pretty comprehensive, giving us visibility on a wide range of data that we need to provide for our client on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. You can build out what data you want to see in your report and take away anything you don't want to include, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as intuitive in user experience as it could be, especially in reporting. Custom reports are now defunct but that section still lives, and finding/creating new reports has been confusing. When I have a report labeled "[MONTH] Monthly Report" I will click on it and it will still show whatever stat date range I have currently highlighted, which is not always that month that I have it labeled as. I just think there are a lot of ways to streamline saving reports that still live on Sprout Social and being able to access past stats without having to keep updating the date range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for reporting, and it is comprehensive enough that we rarely have to go to the chosen app to pull stats. It helps streamline our process every month/quarter/year, which is very helpful when working on these reports across teams.
Great tool, UI needs work
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart inbox feature is great! It is insightful and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not user friendly. One that is not familiar with this tool might find it hard to navigate to get the most out of Sprout Social. It would be great to have some videos with help center articles to better utilize the tool

Aggregating all social channels into one platform to be used quickly to understand the sentiment of the customer
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and scheduling are both excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
The optimal timing seems to be incorrect or else the suggested timing is skewed by multiple networks. If there was a way to schedule the same post at the optimal time across each network that would be great.

simplifying the posting process across multiple networks and providing a single dashboard for social performance
User-Friendly and Worth the Price
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place to post and reply to comments and messages has been a game changer. Our socials are getting more attention now simply due to the ease of publishing and responding all in one place. The customer service has been great so far. As a newer customer, I hope they maintain this level of service because we would love to become a long-term customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that it's Sprout's fault, but I would really love if more features, especially for ads, were available and not restricted by Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves much time on posting to several platforms/responding to users. It's also a great tool for reporting across several platforms.
Great tool but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to shorten links, add image alt text, tag, and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "listening" feature doesn't work for LinkedIn, which is our most used platform.

Makes it so that no password sharing is required and posts can be scheduled easily

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout is essentially a one stop shop. We're able to meet our social media scheduling and listening needs as well as integrate our customer service strategy. It has helped streamline many processes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout does provide connectivity to many social accounts. As we are growing and getting bigger it is becoming limiting in the number of accounts we can connect to. Especially with the social listening, I wish there was room for more categories, keywords, etc. to track at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is providing detailed data on our organic social strategy. The social listening tool is also helping us get ahead of what people are saying and pass feedback along to the appropriate teams internally, as well as help us work with individuals who are already sharing about us.

There is plenty of information available, and it's easy to schedule our social media posts from the company account across our global divisions.

Information is sometimes not intuitive to fetch from different parts of the platform.

A Must-Have for Organized Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an incredibly helpful tool for keeping my social media efforts organized and efficient. The calendar view is one of my favorite features—it gives me a clear, visual overview of all scheduled content, making it easy to plan ahead and spot gaps. I also really appreciate the ability to track specific campaigns across platforms, which helps me stay focused and measure what’s working. The reporting functionality is top-notch as well, with easy-to-understand insights that help guide strategy.
Beyond the platform itself, Sprout has been fairly easy to implement. The onboarding process was smooth and well-supported, and their customer support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. The training provided during onboarding was fantastic. Overall, Sprout makes it much easier to manage multiple moving parts in one place, and the support behind the tool is just as strong as the platform itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frustrating limitations with Sprout Social is the inability to tag individuals who don’t already follow our LinkedIn page. This creates a gap in functionality. As a workaround, I have to post natively on LinkedIn, tag the appropriate individuals, and then go back into Sprout to manually track or report on it. It disrupts the workflow and defeats part of the purpose of using an all-in-one tool. I hope this functionality is improved soon.

This visibility makes it much easier to plan strategically and avoid overlap or content gaps.

Very Initiative Platform - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Intergrations with the core social platforms, consolidated inbox feature, helpful reporting, and great calendar view for all content being posted and scheduled. We use the platform daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much support as I'd like for an enterprise account. To my knowledge we don't have a dedicated CSM to ask questions or touch base with. It would be helpful to have someone to remind us of the available features and share new updates as they come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full integration with all platforms including TikTok - allows us to manage all platforms in one place. We can schedule out content in advance and manage customer feedback via the inbox.
