What do you like best about the product?
The depth of analytics that are available. It a friendly, easy to use platform that enables you to view your social efforts holistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of logins you need to have for a team.

Giving a holistic view of our social efforts and tracking what is working for us as a business.

What do you like best about the product?
A big win-highlight of Sprout Social for me is the fact that it simplifies our professional tasks of social account management. Its all-in-one dashboard allows us to effortlessly write posts on time, measure their performance, as well as communicating with our audience via different platforms—as easy as pie. The interface is so intuitive, and we get concise data of the things that are done perfectly and the ones that need a few improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying to be positive, so maybe faster sync for analytics when it comes to data from Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The good analytics not only give us a hands-on understanding of our audience, we leverage to the core of our content sharpness thus enhancing engagement to the maximum level.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and comprehensive analytics are what I like best about Sprout Social. The upsides are good scheduling options, easy to use analytics, and great team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it feels like it's glitching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it is a centralized tool for scheduling, but more for analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I do use Sprout Social for scheduling my posts, but mostly I use it for analytics. I love that every Friday I go in and have all of my stats at one place. Makes it easy both for me and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pictogram can be misleading, until you learn their meaning. But, comparing to good things, this is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, social listening. I love how I can tag each comment based on the feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social in several aspects of my day-to-day as a social media marketer, including scheduling posts, pulling metrics for reporting, and even community management. It is easy to navigate, and their customer support is top-notch! 10/10 recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconsistencies with metrics pulled natively and metrics in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to schedule posts on multiple platforms in one place. This is extremely beneficial to me, as I work for an agency and have several clients who I need to schedule content for.

What do you like best about the product?
- absolutely great user interface, the UI/UX design is simplistic and easy to comprehend allowing new learners to pick pace
- it links with platforms for social media seamlessly leading to targetted and timely programmed posts to be sent out/posted
- captures social listening and monitoring very well while collaborating with cross-functional teams
What do you dislike about the product?
- nothing, I find the software easy to use without regular interruptions and that's what social media handlers are looking for majorly when working with a social media management tool

Allows me and my team members to collaborate in real-time on social media postings and schedules

Nothing, it has everything that our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy their calendar, publishing, inbox and reporting features. It's easy to use and I use those features daily and it makes my job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to Sprout Social!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Sprout Social because it makes my job as a social media manager easier. All of my posts, reports, and inbox are in the same place and everything goes together. Sprout is constantly integrating different platforms and they LISTEN to their clients and make changes and updates that benefit us (IG preview, My Reports, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is so easy to use. It's extremely user friendly and makes scheduling posts a breeze! I also love to ability to respond to reviews from different platforms all in one place, and of course the reporting features are a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of Sprout when posting content is that there is currently no way to add audio in to a post within the platform - I think that would be super helpful. Other than that my only complaint is that there are Sprout features I wish I could utilize that are outside of my company's budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me streamline posts for 20 different pages. Being able to easily duplicate posts and tweak captions and then schedule for other pages is super helpful.
