Excellent tool to obtain overviews and trends on social media
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout Social is that it provides general overviews of social media across time and channels, allowing me to compare numbers and trends from year to year. It is also easy and user-friendly, which is essential in my fast-paced environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost is the only downside about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to provide important data and social media analytics that measures the impact of my campaigns and informs future ones.
Good way to manage multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and efficient Sprout Social is for managing multiple accounts. The scheduling tools make it easy to plan and publish content across platforms quickly, and the reporting features provide clear insights that help guide strategy. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making social media management feel seamless rather than overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the pricing. While the platform offers great features, it can be a bit expensive compared to some other tools. Additionally, I wish there was an option to schedule videos to Pinterest, as that would make content planning even more seamless. That said, the functionality and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me efficiently manage multiple accounts and schedule content in advance, saving me a lot of time. Instead of juggling different platforms, I can handle everything from one dashboard, which streamlines my workflow. The reporting tools also provide valuable insights into post performance and audience engagement, helping me make data-driven decisions to improve our social strategy. Overall, it makes social media management much more organized and effective.
Streamlining Social Media Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very helpful for combining multiple accounts and platforms. It's nice that you can schedule to post one or multiple channels and I love that it gives you a preview of each. I also love that you can pull in directly from Canva without having to switch between software. I also really like their reporting, but don't have access to the full use of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are limited behind a paywall so I'm not able to experience the full use of the platform, but that's a standard to be expected nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, I was having to save each post individually, taking up space in our cloud storage and my time. I also had to resize/repost for each channel and this cuts down that time.

Ease of use was evident from the start, as setting it up wasn't difficult for me due to its self-explanatory features and my previous experience with similar tools. One of the main benefits of Sprout Social is how it has streamlined team communication, helping us handle post and idea approvals with ease, while also aiding our post-scheduling to enhance audience reach and engagement. The analytics feature is particularly beneficial, providing insights to measure the effectiveness of posts and optimize posting times for maximum impact. Data visualizations from Sprout Social are incredibly insightful, giving us a comprehensive understanding of content performance. I also appreciate the workflow approval process, ensuring that content reflects the company's standards by having multiple approvals rather than relying on a single person. This aspect enhances professionalism and quality control in content management. Ultimately, Sprout Social provides a stress-free environment for managing social media activities, with its detailed analytical feedback through graphs helping visualize post performance effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the support for high-quality content uploads in Sprout Social restrictive. Sometimes, when I'm trying to upload pictures and videos, the limitations on pixels or megabytes make it challenging to schedule high-resolution content efficiently. This requires me to handle some tasks manually when the format isn't acceptable. Additionally, I feel that the integration of AI tools, particularly for writing captions or offering grammar assistance, would enhance the overall functionality and ease of creating engaging posts.

I find Sprout Social essential for organizing social media strategies, enhancing communication, and optimizing post schedules. It simplifies team approvals, improves audience reach, and provides insightful analytics, boosting our overall productivity and efficiency in managing our brand's online presence.
Easy to use and very insightful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was do learn and willing the employees are to help. I use it a few times a week to schedule posts and am excited to learn more about the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning all of it's capabilities. Right now, there's nothing I don't like!

It is so helpful to schedule out posts and also get a quick look at what seems to be working and what isn't.
Great platform, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of the platform, it's easy and intuitive. The tags are the best feature, the customer support is quick and helpful, it was easy to set most of my accounts up and get going straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are missing a feature to publish to multiple platforms at once but edit the text for each platform in the publish tool. There are also very small limits on the social listening tool which I wasn't made aware of when signing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting with tags is reducing the time it takes me to create my internal board reports meaning I have a lot more time to focus on my other tasks when that presentation is due each month.

Easy to view images and videos, all information is chronological.

Not found anything so far where I can give anything negative!

The AI summery is fantastic, it takes all the information and formats it into a clear paragraph which I can log with minimal amendments
Simple yet powerful

The service's core features are easy to use, and there is a depth of analytical tools that allow for deep dives into platform metrics without much heavy lifting

The cost and difficulties tagging some accounts on LinkedIn

It makes posting to multiple accounts, scheduling properly, and doing basic analytics very easy.
Easy, Simple to Use Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and features available in scheduling make Sprout one of my favorite social tools I've used as a marketer. Approval flows are easy and allow for direct, simple feedback throughout the chain which speeds up the scheduling process for both myself and those approving. The initial implementation and onboarding process was very smooth as well. Although I have not used it, customer support appears to be ample and instantaneous. I look forward to building more reports and diving into the analytical features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things are missing, such as the ability to monitor competitors through LinkedIn, an important platform for us as a B2B company. Currently, Sprout only allows us to track via Instagram or Facebook, which limits our landscape understanding.

Easy to use Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customized reporting that this tool allows you to do. There are so many options for reporting and frequency for how you get those reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems a little dated. I would like more ease of access to tools and better navigation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me schedule and coordinate content in bulk through this tool. It is also allowing me to create custom reports to share with other teams.
