Social Planning Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar feature allows me to keep track of all the accounts I manage and across all platforms. The addition of tagging gives me a clear view of what type of content is performing the best. Sprout is easy to add to your process and each platform integrates directly into the site. The reports allow me to track and mointor campaigns and performance across each profile and show me which posts are doing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram stories are getting better but still have some limitations on the mobile side; however I hear they are working to make this integration more seamless. Though I don't know of any other software with the level of integration for Instagram the way Sprout does currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling is simple. Tags and reporting allow you to see the impact of every post.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user-friendly and helps make a month of marketing easy to see and plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features in an app aren't available when scheduling like tagging on stories on IG and certain tik tok video editing capabilities.

It's solving keeping track of when to post things and helps organize social media communications in an easy to read way.

It's SO easy to use in every way! Our whole team enjoys it.

I wish that the integrations with X were more expansive.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, and organized. Makes posting to multiple different platforms as simple as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is the outages.

Helping me solve the issue of posting to multiple platforms for multiple pages. Streamlines it all to one place, saving time and frustration.

I like its versatility! Sprout seamlessly consolidates numerous tasks into one platform, simplifying the process of posting, planning, and brainstorming social media content and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find it difficult to post to Instagram and TikTok from Sprout, mostly because of geotagging limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to manage running multiple social media platforms at once, taking a huge weight off my shoulders.

The dashboard and the ability to quickly filter by highest and lowest performing posts.

1. That LinkedIn access is limiting.

First Time User, And Much Easier Than I Thought it Would Be!
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature makes it really easy to monitor results. I normally screenshot analytics pages on the channels natively, but I will often forget and end up gathering analytics 5 days after I need to. With Sprout, I can easily choose dates and pull reports from whenever I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is a lot going on. In the analytics feature, some of the features are hard to understand and at times I feel like the percentages have been slightly off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to pull reports for multiple clients, so this saves me hours of time!

It is user-friendly, accessible, and gives us more opportunity to explore with our media business.

I would like to be able to use it for personal Instagram accounts. But we make it work!

What do you like best about the product?
It's practicality and dynamic features like smart inbox, analytics/reporting, and content scheduling. PLUS it's countless marketing integrations that make it easy to stay in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were a freelance creator or marketer the price of Sprout Social would scare me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having many platforms and scheduling content across all of them, another is easily being able to tell what content hit vs what failed.
