What do you like best about the product?
It means I don't have to think about scheduling. Easy to use, smart inbox combines all channels for easy viewing, new AI feature is promising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is limited, I wish mobile publishing was easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of users submitting content, the approval process makes everything streamlined and insures we have an extra set of eyes checking content.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using it since 2018 every day.

Best features:
• To schedule posts with the best engagement time.
• Well-organized and user-friendly interface.
• Reports and analytics.
• The Inbox feature allows us to reply from Sprout itself, forward comments to my team, and tag/organize users.
• Quick and efficient customer support.
• I tried other tools, but nothing matches Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike:
• Not all comments are tracked, especially on YouTube. So, we need to manually monitor all platforms to make sure we are not missing any.
• Discrepancies between the metrics reported by Sprout and those on native platforms. It’s confusing.
• Inability to schedule document posts on LinkedIn and Facebook Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has been an essential tool for our social media strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use: Users value platforms that are intuitive and easy to navigate. A clean interface and straightforward scheduling process can make managing social media accounts more efficient.

Scheduling Flexibility: The ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and at specific times is essential. Users like having the flexibility to plan their content calendar in advance.

Analytics and Insights: Access to analytics and insights helps users understand their audience better, track engagement metrics, and refine their social media strategy over time. Visualizations and data summaries make it easier to interpret the results.

Customer Support: Responsive customer support that can address technical issues or provide guidance on using the platform effectively is highly valued. Users want to know that assistance is available when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost Concerns: Users may feel that the base price of the tool should encompass all the necessary features for effective social media scheduling. Paying extra for features can make the overall cost prohibitive, especially for individuals or small businesses on a tight budget.

Time Efficiency: By scheduling your social media posts in advance, you save time that would otherwise be spent manually posting content each day. This allows you to focus on other aspects of your business or personal life.

Content Planning: Scheduling tools often come with features like content calendars and post queues, which help you organize your content strategy. You can plan your posts ahead of time, ensure variety in your content, and align it with your marketing goals.

Great All-In-One Social Platform

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social primarily for scheduling posts and pulling data. It has been extremely helpful and easy to use. We've used similar platforms, and Sprout is our favorite so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced issues with paid reporting. For accurate reporting, I have to pull paid metrics manually. We've reached out to Sprout Social for help, but they only responded via email which is inconvenient and slow to resolution, if there ever is one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us time - we manage about 13 profiles across 3 brands, so it is crucial that we are able to work efficiently. Sprout Social allows us to schedule posts and pull analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great, one stop shop. The onboarding managers and account support are phenemonal and the tool/platform itself is a must for all social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to note here. I do wish the reporting tool had more functionality with customizations of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a great analytics/reporting tool but I also appreciate the inbox features. Makes it easy to navigate and get up to date on the latest very quickly. Plus the mobile app is a fantastic resource.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I appreciate the most is the detailed reporting capabilities. For instance, the platform's robust analytics help me track engagement metrics across multiple social media accounts, allowing for data-driven decisions. The intuitive dashboard presents data in an easy-to-understand format, which has significantly reduced the time spent on reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the pre-built reports are useful, I often find myself needing more flexibility to tailor them to specific client needs. For instance, customizing the layout or adding unique metrics is not as straightforward as it could be. Moreover, the mobile app, while functional, lacks some features available on the desktop version, making it less convenient for on-the-go management.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Sprout Social is the smart inbox because it's really intuitive and allows me to view conversations online in real time. This feature is incredibly useful for managing incidents or crises and helps me keep up with day-to-day conversations around our brand or key terms. It makes it easy to report back to stakeholders and ensures that I'm on top of everything. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, thanks to the account manager who helped us get everything set up and the useful help articles available through the Sprout Social portal.

I use Sprout Social to keep everything social in one place, from reporting to publishing to customer support. It helps me manage all these tasks from one dashboard, making it really useful for a social media manager who works across teams and regions.

What do you like best about the product?
THE SMART INBOX! Absolutely love the smart inbox. I love that includes all notifications from all of your connected channels. It is perfect to be able to sift through comments and messages every morning and see them all in one place. I use Sprout every day around the clock. Also love the optimized post times. It really helps spreading posts out especially because we post 4-7 times a day. We are able to prioritize content based on the day with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discrepancy between Facebook followers shown on Sprout vs. on Facebook itself is definitely frustrating. We would really like to know our true reach and audience and it would really help us to see how much we've grown. Really hoping this will be resolved soon. I would also love to be able to tag on Instagram through Sprout, like have the options/suggested accounts show up when you type @ like it does for Facebook and Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps us assist members that have any kind of trouble registering for our events and programs. Sprout has become more than a social media management and scheduling tool. It is also a major hub for customer service for us. We are able to answer questions and resolve things in the moment rather than making members call our customer service line or waiting for an email reply.

Great social media platform, especially for healthcare

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a clean, simple and intuitive interface and main navigation. It makes it easy for new users to learn. At the same time the tool is feature packed and customizable. I love the reporting section and how easy it is to sort and filter with quick responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSM support could be improved. The CSMs get reassigned every year or two even if they don't leave the company. As soon as one gets to know us, they leave the account and then a new person is asking all the same intro exploratory questions again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox is a huge timesaver by bringing all the social comments and messages into a single feed. The analytics bring consistency to the different platforms that is lacking on native reporting. The reports filtering is very fast and responsive and there are a lot of great options to fliter by. Publishing is efficient, and the ability to customize roles and complex approval work flows is super helpful.
