Sprout Social from a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and posting options. The calendar makes it so easy to see what we have planned for upcoming campaigns and what still needs to be done. We don't use some of the features as much as we could or should, like all the data information, but it is super helpful that have that information there if I want to know what type of posts are getting the most interaction. I also like how you can see the most popular times to post. Starting to use Sprout was also very easy and when I have had questions, customer support has been great. I use Sprout almost every day to make sure I'm staying current with our social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only issue i've run into, is the cropping feature for images or getting images to be the right size for Instagram. I wish there was a scale button, instead of only the crop feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue with social media was making sure every platform was getting information posted on it, while staying consistent with branding and messages. Now since we can post to all socials in one place, we haven't had to worry about missing a platform or if the captions/pictures are different.
A Clear Picture of Our Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows me to see a clear picture of our social media campaigns. Not only is it easy to plan our campaigns with the calendar feature, but I also appreciate that I can a breakdown of how our posts are performing with Sprout's data analytics tools. Being able to analyze this data allows us to consider what messages are successful and who is reacting to our social media channels.
Another feature I like is the optimal time suggestions, so we can have the most impressions for our posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assist feature is kind of wonky, as it changes the syntax of our messages, which I don't necessarily want. Having said that, AI across the board is wonky when it comes to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social aggregates our social media analytics from across our channels and provides information in clear reports that I can easily share with my team. Additionally, the calendar feature is clear and interactive. allowing me to be better organized and allowing my team to communicate with each other in regards to our posts and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
One of Sprout’s greatest strengths is their team support. We have monthly meetings with our Customer Success Manager to go over the latest trends and any challenges we’re facing. Plus, having all our platform analytics in one place is incredibly convenient. Sprout really helps save time when it comes to posting and tracking results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d appreciate improvements to make chat bots more intuitive and user-friendly. We’ve faced challenges with updates and preventing duplicate messages from being sent. Additionally, we’re not satisfied with the current prompting system that only allows sending introductory messages to followers who have messaged us before.

We're able to have all social platform usage in one spot - management, analytics, listen and customer service.
Streamlines social
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers an intuitive interface, making it easy to use even for beginners. It provides a streamlined and centralized platform for scheduling and posting social media content across multiple networks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has limited capabilities, particularly for nonprofits. There is no option to add a "donate" button to Meta posts, which is available through the Meta Business platform and an important part of fundraising. Their emoji selection also hasn't been updated in several years and is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is more user-friendly than Meta and facilitates a straightforward way to cross-post, saving time and money.
Great tool with everything you need for social
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tool is great. It has everything from indepth reporting, a tagging system, competitor analysis, employee advocacy, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be glitchy. For example, when you approve posts it sometimes won't show as approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling our social posts in advance on various platforms while also giving us the reporting data to see how the posts performed.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for centralized social media management. It offers outstanding analytics and reporting with great scheduling and publishing capability. Their support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend Sprout to all social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep and requires time to get used to. Once you do, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us streamline all clients into one platform with our current plan.

Sprout is very easy to use. The scheduling and reporting features are very detailed and intuitive. The notifications are very configurable. The customer support team is also very easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
It may require multiple times connecting accounts, but that is out of their control as the platforms require this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posting and management can be time consuming but Sprout Social makes it easy!

I'd like the number of days a post to be scheduled increased over 20 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SproutSocial helps me schedule social media posts. It also is an easy way to watch X.com inboxes and mentions.
One Stop Shop for all my Social Media Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love every aspect of Sprout Social that is available on my current plan, but if I had to pick just one reature it would be their reports. Sprout combines data from all the channels our brand is connected to and provides real, actionable insights that I can use to drive strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! But if I had to pick something, I'd say price point. It's a great value for the money, but small businesses, nonprofits orgs, and other places with limited budget might struggle to justify the cost -- though I think they are priced fairly for this software market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves time by allowing me to publish across all channels in one place. I can also track relevant goals through custom tagging, which informs be as to how well certain strategic initiatives are meeting intended goals. Tagging feeds in to the reporting feature, allowing me to create custom reports for stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social truly feels like a one-stop tool for many of the things I do every day in the social space. I can quickly see what's coming up on our schedule, make changes, monitor conversations, and collaborate with the team in the same platform, which is really great. I feel that Sprout stays on top of social media manager needs and trends in the space, and I trust that they're giving us the best they've got.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only consistent struggle is reporting. There have been many new features, and for quick, simple reporting it's great. But I often find myself piecing together Sprout reporting with other channels that I manage and/or have access to. It's very difficult to centralize ALL reporting, so I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me manage all content alongside our agency in one spot, which makes collaboring much easier. I love the workflows. The customer service features allow me to quickly address issues coming in through DMs or public comments, and I love the ability to tag certain cases, automate certain tasks, etc. It's making it so easy to train new team members to help me when I'm out of the office too.
