Sprout Social is a game change for social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it makes our team for efficient, and productive in managing multiple accounts while leveraging the latest in social media management technology.

I wish there was a native, built-in tool to help select the "right" hashtags.

The team at Sprout stays ahead of the trends, incorporating features and integrating with social platforms that matter to my clients.

Depending on the level of investment, Sprout Social presents new features as add-ons versus upgrades to your existing account.

Showing client social performance in context: of the competitors, of trending topics, etc.
A lot of options to streamline your job
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive it is to see analytics. From post performance reports to tag performance reports which you can then share easily in different formats with your team that's readable to people who don't work in social. I like the imbedded sprout link social for Instagram so that I can instantly publish to the link in bio and I like that you can see how your post will truly appear across all platforms. With other social media management programs it was a toss up how your post was actually going to appear once published.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu to the left hand side can be overwhelming. Some features cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing shareable analytics for my organization at large. Reducing time after hours with post scheduling. Providing valuable insights into what resonates on the different channels. Helping me stay organized with groups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is very practical and easy to navigate. I can filter specific sections which allows me to do the job faster. I never experienced a bug or a glitch. It's very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version lack some functionalities and it is not as clear as the desktop option, so I don't find it as easy to use sprout and manage things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it benefiting because it integrates more than one social media account in one dashboard so its not as time consuming as it would be, if I had to change and log in to the other account all the time.

Sprout is extremely user-friendly, well-organized, and provides thorough and quantifiable information regarding social media analytics and growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to publish ALL kinds of content through Sprout. I would love an option to schedule TikTok carousels and add on audios that are available in-app.

Sprout has streamlined the review and approval process for social media content. It has also transformed the way I do reporting!
Excellent Platform for Easy Scheduling, Reporting and Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting and scheduling social media has never been easier. I have used several platforms for social and find this to be among the best for ease of use, reporting and staying up to date with the latest features.
The reporting is excellent, easy to use and customize and I'm able to give my client an excellent overview and snapshot of their social channels' performance.
The many features are carefully considered, it seems. Sprout doesn't offer new features simply to offer new features. They are built with UX in mind and are relevant.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, particularly when there are new feature rollouts or updates, it will be glitchy, not save and generally act up. But those have been few and far between in the three years I've used the platform.
It's also rather expensive if you don't use all the features. I think some different packages/bundles and flexibility would make pricing more attractive.

They make my life far easier in that I can schedule everything in one place plus review and report on it easily.

The record keeping tool is great and you are able to see a preview of the actual AD or postings.

The fact that the numbersb of users is limited because of price

Initially the compliance dept was not getting the emails for approvals but it was fixed, by adding a new user.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. I have successfully trained individuals with minimal social experience to operate it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connectors do not offer complete end-to-end functionality. For instance, the Instagram Reels connector only supports certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout truly feels like a one-stop shop. I appreciate having everything centralized—scheduling, listening, and the inbox feed are all easily accessible in one place. While it's true that other products offer similar features, I find Sprout's layout especially intuitive and user-friendly.
Practical and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since Sprout was implemented in our social media operation, it has been a game changer in terms of agility and practicality. Since we have other tools aligned with Sprout, the visualization of social media cases has been optimized, and it is now easier to treat them and reply to customers. We thought it would be a pain to implement another tool into our routine but it has been the easiest one so far. Very intuitive to use, and has some nice guides for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When integrated into other products (like, in my case, Salesforce) the refresh rate can be quite annoying at times. When opening up social media posts, sometimes we are not able to find recent info (new tweets, replies from customers) because there is a delay of 5-6 hours until the feed refreshes. Social media replies also don't follow much of a pattern when they are up in Sprout... some times we send replies to customers and they show up right away, other times they take just as much as the time mentioned above. This happens very often but since our demand is medium to high, this hasn't been a proper issue but it is indeed something to be looked up to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made the visualization of social media posts a lot easier. For my role, I have guidelines, procedures, and a certain timeframe to reply to customers, any minute I can save is valuable and worthy. Before the implementation of Sprout, I (and other coworkers) used to take a lot of time to open sources/links one by one inside Salesforce, and now this time was cut by half because Sprout provides us with everything when integrated into SF. Now we can visualize tweets and posts without having to open external links, we can reply to customers fast and since I also take part in approving posts to be up in our social media, it has become a lot easier to filter replies from our local team and analyze them with more care.
