Sprout is the best!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it so easy to schedule posts across all platforms with ease. Reporting is great and so are the approval workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any downsides yet. Sprout is great

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried truly every scheduling platform for both big & small businessnes during my years as a Social Media Manager, and nothing has the capabilities Sprout does. I work for a Fortune 500 company, where we are managing hundreds of social accounts, and always needed to organize and sort through our posts and analytics for leadership...Sprout makes it SEAMLESS to do so. It is extrememly easy, and for someone who doesn't enjoy the numbers and stats side of the business, it takes a lot for me to do these things without issues and YET Sprout makes it so easy. Our customer support rep is always right there when we need them, and the entire sprout team is a joy to work with. We use Sprout every single day, HOURS per day, and each day are filled with gratitude for a system and platform that makes our jobs as a social media manager THAT much easier. We implemented Sprout Advocacy into our business too, and that has been wonderful to get our staff members to share our company's content at scale. It has been truly wonderful, and we can't sing Sprout Social's praises enough. Integrating Sprout into our day to day lives has not only help the marketing team stay on track, but also gives leadership an easy and fast insight to how we are running social for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could change the captions across platforms without having to duplicate the post!

Social Media Assistant that used Sprout for content scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
It's user interface was straightforward and easy to use. I felt like I could navigate around quickly and not have to look up any help. We used it every workday to schedule our content. The features were very easy to use. Anytime we had to reach out to customer support, they were quick to get back to us. Implementing our campaign plans was easy with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the data reports were a little more detailed and robust. I liked that we could integrate Bitly with Sprout, but I wish there more apps like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to solve the issue of seeing all of our current and planned posts across our different platforms, which made initiating our campaigns efficient and cohesive.
Great Social Media Management for All Sizes of Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout continues to listens to its customers with new features and additions. Our organization recently moved to Bluesky, and Sprout is listening to its customers who want to have access to this social media channel by adding Bluesky in the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price continues to be an improvement needed from Sprout. Although, unlike many other tools, Sprout continues to improve and add features while not dramatically increasing its cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like saving time is the biggest benefit from my use of Sprout over the last several years. Streamlining our association's social media management and scheduling has saved our team significant time, allowing us to focus on other important tasks and initiatives. Sprout's reporting tool has also saved me time each month and quarter as it can quickly produce easy to read reports for our leadership. Sprout has also begun integrating AI into it's posting tool, which has helped some as well.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
As a Social media team of one, Sprout has been a game changer for me, I can do our scheduling for all platforms in one place. Not only schedules but the reporting feature is huge as we report on our annual highlights for our board, sponsors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet, that I didn't like.

Scheduling, staying organized and capturing posts that we may have not seen otherwise.

Lots of stuff! There is excellent support, great usability and easy to implement and train new people to use it. They generally stay relevant with industry updates.

Sometimes reporting doesn't match the native channel reporting.

Sprout Social Does It All!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been my right-hand tool in a 5-year journey of reshaping our company's social media presence. It's not just about scheduling posts, but managing our brand online. From competitor analysis to an all-in-one messaging/review response system, and even AI assistance, we're fully equipped with Sprout Social. They continue to evolve with updated technology and features. Every update reaffirms my love for Sprout Social and it makes my job much, much simpler. Their mobile app also gives me assurance that our social media posts are published correctly and on-time when I am not in the office or at my desktop. Customer service is unmatched and any issues I might be facing are addressed quickly. Sprout Social is a one stop shop, allowing me to check on our performance daily from one tab...you know us marketing folks and our many open tabs. I highly recommend Sprout Social as the top software for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've ever had with Sprout Social, is that there is not a "delete all" button on the messaging tab. As a company, we hold social media giveaways which are now victim to fake profiles commenting with fake links and "you won" when the person has not won. I wish there was a delete all button for that purpose. Instead I'm going down the list of fradulent comments/messages, deleting every single individual one. It can take a long time to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has added a lot of time-efficiency to social media management. With the combination of scheduling, analytics, messaging, AI, and more, I am able to concentrate more on other aspects of my job rather than going back and forth between social media platforms to get the information I need.
Incredible App for Community Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is one of the Apps that works perfectly because you can find everything you need in just one place: community outreach, scheduling posts, workflows, tagging. Everything that you need is user friendly and whenever you get stuck on something someone from the team is always happy to help and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site gets a little bit slow with managing tags, you just have to log in and log off for it to start working again as it usually does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts, approving workflow, post tag, creating reports. This is really beneficial because you can find all the information you need in just one place.
My every day life saver
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes my job easier! Having everything I need in one place, from scheduling content to social listening, helps me keep things organized. I don't think I would be able to do my job in an effective way without this tool.

Nothing to dislike. I don't have any issues with the tool.

It helps me manage my channels effectively, but mostly, helps with social listening, which is an essential area of the business I work for.
