Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view images and videos, all information is chronological.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything so far where I can give anything negative!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI summery is fantastic, it takes all the information and formats it into a clear paragraph which I can log with minimal amendments

The service's core features are easy to use, and there is a depth of analytical tools that allow for deep dives into platform metrics without much heavy lifting

The cost and difficulties tagging some accounts on LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes posting to multiple accounts, scheduling properly, and doing basic analytics very easy.
Easy, Simple to Use Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and features available in scheduling make Sprout one of my favorite social tools I've used as a marketer. Approval flows are easy and allow for direct, simple feedback throughout the chain which speeds up the scheduling process for both myself and those approving. The initial implementation and onboarding process was very smooth as well. Although I have not used it, customer support appears to be ample and instantaneous. I look forward to building more reports and diving into the analytical features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things are missing, such as the ability to monitor competitors through LinkedIn, an important platform for us as a B2B company. Currently, Sprout only allows us to track via Instagram or Facebook, which limits our landscape understanding.

Easy to use Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customized reporting that this tool allows you to do. There are so many options for reporting and frequency for how you get those reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems a little dated. I would like more ease of access to tools and better navigation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me schedule and coordinate content in bulk through this tool. It is also allowing me to create custom reports to share with other teams.
Makes managing our social media accounts easy
What do you like best about the product?
Manual scheduling of publications, switching between platforms and wasting hours on spreadsheets analyzing data was taking too long and we were not efficient. Now with the ease with which one can organize posts across multiple social networks using Sprout Social was the initial element that caught my eye. We can publish on almost all popular sites, and the user interface is very intuitive. Surprisingly, I can schedule content on-demand while you browse the web with the Chrome extension. This has saved me many times when I wanted to quickly share some relevant services or offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the analytics were more comprehensive and could compare different campaigns or break down types of content. Because of this, we could improve our strategies and choose better options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to schedule releases weeks in advance, and specific content is distributed in a service release. As long as we were not under continuous surveillance, we could maintain an ever-present presence on social networks. We have a single dashboard where we centralize everything, which allows us to save time, improve internal communication and optimize our content strategy In addition, the detailed data allowed us to demonstrate to customers the ROI of our work, which led to contract renewals. Managing customer interactions has been a priority.
Convenient Way to Manage Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I'm relatively new to the platform as we moved our accounts to Sprout to be consistent with the rest of our company. It's very easy to use. It seems like there is ample opportunity to learn best practices and tips and tricks. I haven't gotten too far down that road.
What do you dislike about the product?
My old platform had built-in streams so I could see feeds from each of our accounts. Perhaps that's possible in Sprout, but it's not how my view was configured. I do miss that versus having to navigate to the native app to view streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling posts with the optimal times has been easy and beneficial.
Intuitive and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a lot to offer but the intuitive nature of the interface is what I like the most. It's easy to build a post, create a report, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to refine each social media platform on one single post instead of needing to create separate posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to easily create content for the brands I work on and track their results. I appreciate the way Sprout integrates all the functionality of each social media platform into their interface making it robust.
Very intuitive and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that you can select multiple platforms for a single post, as well as it as some AI features like optimized sending time. I've jumped in more than once to help a teammate with social media scheduling, and for someone who has only been in the platform a handful of times it's incredibly easy to navigate and I appreciate how user friendly it is. I also enjoy it keeps your most recent options when scheduling a new post so you don't have to keep on selecting the same options again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the tagging feature can be a little finicky, but overall I'm really happy with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to have all of our platforms synced into one system, so it makes scheduling fast, easy and efficient! It also allows multiple users in the platform at once which is helpful when we are tag-teaming content.

It's a great tool for managing multiple accounts across different social media platforms in one place. I love how easy it is to schedule posts – it’s a straightforward process, and content is consistently published on time without issues or delays.

Sometimes, the response time of the customer support are too slow. Some features could also be more refined to create a smoother user experience.

Sprout Social helps us save time by streamlining the process of scheduling social media posts. When it comes to reporting, it makes things much easier since all the necessary data is available within the app. We’ve also benefited greatly from its social media analytics and tracking features, which provide valuable insights to inform our social media marketing decisions.

What I appreciate about Sprout is how it brings together business management, audience engagement, and customer insights within a single, robust platform.

While Sprout does have a bit of a learning curve due to its wide range of features and numerous tabs, I find it extremely helpful for managing my business and fostering meaningful relationships with my target audience.
