Sprout Social has been a game changer for me as a Digital Marketing Coordinator handling 40 accounts
What do you like best about the product?
As a fresher at Eversheds Sutherland, a multinational law firm with a presence in over 30 countries, the task of managing our extensive social media presence seemed daunting. With over 40 different accounts spread across all major platforms, I had my doubts about how I would handle this responsibility. However, Sprout Social quickly became my go-to tool, making my job much more manageable.
The first thing that attracted me to Sprout Social was its ease of use and intuitive user interface. Even as a newcomer to the firm, I found the platform incredibly easy to navigate. The user-friendly design allowed me to get up to speed quickly and start managing our social media accounts effectively.
One of the most valuable features for me is the ability to schedule posts across various platforms. With multiple marketing executives operating from different parts of the world and posting content daily, keeping track of everything can be overwhelming. Sprout Social allows me to gather all posts in one place, whether they are scheduled or posted directly to the platform. This centralized management system has significantly streamlined our workflow.
The detailed analytics reports generated by Sprout Social are another major benefit. These reports provide comprehensive insights into post performance, audience engagement, and key metrics, helping me refine our marketing strategies and set new goals. The clean and organized presentation of the analytics makes it easy to create reports for my managers, saving me time and effort in preparing presentations.

Although Sprout Social already offers some training resources, more frequent and interactive sessions would be beneficial, especially for budding social media and digital marketing professionals.
Another area for potential improvement is the customization of reports. While the analytics are detailed and well-organized, offering more customization options and templates would allow users to tailor reports to specific needs more effectively. This enhancement could further simplify the process of creating presentations and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
Lastly, expanding the platform’s integration capabilities with other tools and services would make Sprout Social even more versatile. A wider range of integrations would help users create a more cohesive digital marketing ecosystem, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.

User-friendly and extensive tool system!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Smart Inbox to be of great use since my team manages over 6 channels. I also like the Reporting feature, specifically the Post Performance section, because it is easy to narrow down my search for specific posts. The tagging is also helpful for us to see how our series is performing across multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more customization when it comes to TikTok and YouTube publishing. There are features natively that aren't available in Sprout. I also wish the API integration with Threads was sped up so we could monitor that in the Smart Inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping my team all in the same place so I can see how my team responds to comments and questions while also double-checking their work regarding scheduling.
Sprout is the industry standard - don't try others!
What do you like best about the product?
As a 20-year marketing veteran in several differernt industries, I can say that Sprout is and has been the industry standard for as long as I can remember! They are constantly improving the service and I always appreciate them proactively keeping their customers apprised of new features and products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on multiple platforms at once has been problematic, but it sounds like that's about to change!

Best Functionality for managing multiple social media accounts

Where do I start? I've worked with many social media management tools and software and I have to say that Sprout is by far the most powerful when it comes to daily social media mangagement. I use the software daily for myself and my team - we don't even have to leave the platform to manage our online communities.
It was designed for social management in mind and the features and functionality make it really easy to use.
The functionality is great, implementing and adding social accounts is easy and quick. It integrates into HubSpot well, as well as the paid social accounts.
They are constantly innovating and adding new features as well, as the social media landscape changes, Sprout changes with it. They always alert you when there is an issue with any of the social APIs as well.

While Sprout Social has been an invaluable tool for streamlining our social media management, one aspect that could be improved is the AI function for creating social media posts. In particular, the suggested texts often come across as overly enthusiastic and use an excessive number of emojis, which can detract from the professionalism of our posts. We would appreciate it if Sprout Social could make adjustments in this area to provide more tailored and authentic suggestions for our content.

Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing multiple social media profiles efficiently, particularly for small teams like ours. As someone tasked with overseeing all of our college's social media efforts alongside numerous other responsibilities, the platform has been a significant time-saver. By providing a centralized hub for scheduling, posting, and analyzing our social media content across various channels, Sprout Social streamlines our workflow and allows us to allocate our resources more effectively. What do you like best about the product?
We chose Sprout Social after hearing incredible things about the platform from others within the industry. From day one, we've been amazed at the features Sprout Social has. I'm particularly impressed by the Inbox feature, which allows us to connect with customers on a far stronger scale than before. I also love how easy it is to create new posts, as well as how up-to-date the platform is. We use it daily, and I can't imagine working in social media without it.
The team at Sprout have been incredibly supportive, from setting the platform up to helping us integrate the platform into our day-to-day work. I highly recommend using Sprout!

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sprout has more features than most social media tools, I would love them to go even further with TikTok in particular. For instance, I'd love to track other people's use of certain hashtags or mentions of us, so we can build our community even further.

Sprout has helped us consolidate all of our needs into a single package. We can pull through stats, schedule posts, see what people are saying about us and answer enquiries incredibly quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Sprout is the ability to have social media posts for review. It streamlines the process between our content coordinator and myself! The reports you are able to draw from each social channel are amazing and super useful to use for internal external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! My team and I have no complaints about Sprout.

Streamlining the content process on a Marketing and Communications team. This is the first platform I have seen that has been able to host an approval process for content.

I like the reports and the customer support feature. The filters are very easy to understand and use and helps agents to better organize their feeds

The only issue with some of the feeds is some content are not accessible through the platform and requires to go to native app

Perfect Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a one stop shop for all social tools with detailed analytics, a scheduling tool, competitor analysis and grid preview. There's also an option to tag your content to better provide your team with more detailed analysis. It's a great tool to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Sprout says analytics might be inaccurate due to Meta updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to be able to have everything in one place rather having to use multiple apps / in-app tools.
