efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
i like the efficiency of it, you can do a lot of things in sprout, best app for customer service that you can use every day
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be a little slow sometimes especially if multiple people is using it

it efficiently solves the day to day social media brand problems we have like spamming of comments, resolving complaints, it made it easier for consumers to reac out to us
Customer-centric company
What do you like best about the product?
From the sales team to the product trainers to the support staff and account team, I have found everyone at Sprout Social to be customer-focused and all-around good people. They want to serve and please.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their Listening Package limiting. They charge you a lot to create new listening topics, which has been cost-prohibitive to our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows us to have a robust all-in-one system for enterprise-wide social media management. It's helping us break down silos and the platform allows us to take a more integrated approach to social media as an organization.

Effortless Social Media Management with Robust Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tool which simplifies managing posts across platforms, saving me from manual posting. The reporting aspect is invaluable, allowing me to assess campaign performance effectively. The tagging feature is another favorite, helping me track individual campaign success and align with our current campaigns. These features greatly enhance my productivity and campaign management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of reconnecting accounts on Sprout Social quite tedious and challenging, especially since some accounts are tied to my founder's personal accounts. This requires frequently obtaining credentials from the founder, which can be inconvenient. It would be more practical if the reconnection requirement was extended to every ninety days or even every six months for those of us committed to a year-long contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social solves post scheduling across platforms, saving me from manual posting, and aids in A/B testing by analyzing report data to optimize campaigns.
First time sprout user
What do you like best about the product?
Im a first time sprout user and I like the ease of use of this platform. The customer support is always available for us to ask questions. It's great to have everyone working in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it has been a good experience. I believe we are having an issue where messages seem to be delayed in showing up in sprout, but we are currently working with the support in regards to this.

Sprout allows us to have all of our social media team in one place!

How easy it is to use and the awesome new features they are always rolling out.

Sometimes it takes a while for the data to populate.

Sprout is a great tool for content creators managing many accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of switching between accounts. I also enjoy the grid preview feature. I think it is easy to learn and use day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could toggle off certain features that I don't use regularly. UI/UX interface could be better.

The Smart Inbox is GREAT! Being able to view all comments and messages in one place is awesome.

To measure organic but also paid media performance

I like it in general...maybe would like to see more in organic companies and job tittles engaged with those posts.

Scheduling and reports, hands down. Also big fan of their webinars

Lack of ease in contacting Sprout for help and delays in accessing new platforms, such as the long time to get access to LinkedIn and Bluesky still missing

As a team of one, being able to schedule and edit several posts at a time - and easily reschedule or pull if needed - is an immeasurable benefit.
All-in-one social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout provides complete social media management via one comprehensive platform. I love that you can publish posts, run reports, respond to comments all from one place. And even though it's so robust, it's easy to use. My team uses it daily for publishing and weekly/monthly for reporting.
I also appreciate that they stay on top of the latest updates so you can report on the different features the social platforms release or publish content in different formats. The constantly seek to improve their software and meet the needs of social media teams, whether that's one person at a small B2B company or a huge enterprise.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is expensive and there are certain premium features like Listening that come as an add-on. I believe you get what you pay for but haven't evaluated other social management platforms in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprouts allows our team to easily manage our company's social presence from one place. We're able to schedule, publish, report, and get insights all from one platform. Not only does this save us time, it gives us visibility so we're not doubling up on posts or working over each other. Sprout saves us time and helps us track/report on our work.
