What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social and the team have been extremely helpful. This entire experience was a giant step in the right direction for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest hurdles we have had to face with Sprout Social are the API limitations. While the platform is still great and helpful in many ways, there are simple functions that we can't do online and will have to utilize the mobile workflow to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to keep everything in one place. With as many social platforms as there are nowadays, it is easy to get lost in the mix and prioritize certain platforms over others. Sprout Social allows me to view everything from one place and eliminates the extra time it takes to hop between the various different platforms.

I like that sprout offers everything I need for social media management in one easy to use platform.

I wish social listening was included in the main plans. In this age, I don't consider this premium

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a game changer when it comes to all things social media. The platform is so user-friendly and can be used by virtually anyone to better their social media presence. My team uses it every day. I love that it combines all the platforms into one place, and that it has a photo editor built in. And, the built in reporting system and approval system for teams is unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is that it is a bit pricey, especially if you have a large team. However, I think the cost is well justified for any business that can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to manage all our social media channels at once, so I really appreciate how they funnel them all together so they can be managed all in one place. Additionally, it automatically pulls reports that we would have to otherwise put together manually, so that saves us a lot of time.

The listening feature is not incredibly straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I handle multiple business profiles on social media and Sprout is a one-stop tool for me to manage all. Makes every day work very convenient. I am a first-time user of the platform and it turned out to be very easy to implement, integrate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly - nothing to dislike! It has all the features I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that it helps me manage multiple social media businesses through one tool. It offers all automation features including analytics, monitoring, engagement, scheduling/publishing content, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is best in class based on its ease of use and analytic tools. It is a wonderful platform for easily planning and executing your social media strategy.The analytic tools are especially helpful when determining the content that is driving the greatest performance, who is engaging with your content, and how best to keep them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any down-side with Sprout other than the increased cost for accessing the full analytic suite of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps to ensure we are prioritizing our time and budget in the best possible areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user-friendly and intuitive platform I love the Sprout advocacy integration allowing my team to share social postings as well and be recognized
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can at times be an attack on the eyes with so many posts and users, I'm unsure how to clean it up without limiting what it presents but something around this would the only area I'd like to see developments on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to metrics and analytics in one area and saving me a lot of time from hopping through multiple products and pages to find the same answers elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting interface makes it really easy to summarize trends in audience growth and engagement across all acounts and platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the process for connecting our accounts involved a little trial and error but eventually we successfully got them all set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The individual insights, reporting, or analytics capabilities on each platforms native account makes it really hard to run reports on impressions and engagements over long enough time periods, and to visualize them in useful ways.
