Great Intuitive Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease at which you can build out your social calendar, social posts, save drafts. Posts are easy to duplicate and edit and save us time on social media management overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't ran into anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts in one place. Allows us to view our social media calendar at a glance and fill in gaps/make changes as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can do for social in Sprout. It isn't just for scheduling and publishing content, you can also manage your social community, follow conversations about your brand on socials and the reporting tools are incredibly in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - I really enjoy using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to provide in depth reporting about messages received from customers.
Sprout Social has greatly streamlined our social media process!
What do you like best about the product?
We LOVE that we can access all platforms of social media through Sprout Social and that we are able to manage our posts & quickly and easily! We don't have to have multiple windows open and the process has been so seemless compared to the way we used to have to manage our pages! The support is amazing and we use Sprout Social all throughout our day and week - We are so thankful it has been a smooth transition and has been simple for our colleagues to understand how to post as well. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support can be a bit tricky sometimes, an appointment is needed if you cannot find something or do something, I usually ask my colleague for help or Google to avoid the wait time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post quickly through one platform that manages it all - SO much easier than separte log ins and pages. We love that it's a "one-stop shop"!

The social listening features, easy of use, the calendar overview!

The reporting don't cover all metrcis in plattform.

Its just so easy...
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to get things done quickly. I use this as part of a larger franchise system, and I can choose which messages go out (my own, the franchisors', or both). If, like me, you're not a social media expert, this system is great—it will even tell you the optimum time of day to schedule your post (based on where you are posting it and your demographics).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The system is easy to programme, easy to understand, easy to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not a social media or SEO expert. Sprout helps me get my posts in front of my right audience at the right time. It is also a time saver - I can do a months worth or scheduled posts (or more) at the same time, rather than having to drop in and out of my socials every day.
Best Reporting Available By Far
What do you like best about the product?
Reports - they are thorough and give a clear picture of our social channel performance. Listening tools are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting - it's very awkward with too many steps. I still use Cloud Campaign for efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again - the reporting is essential to my organization. I have to show improvements as well as monitor my own performance. Reporting helps me pivot or stay the course as necessary.
Easy to use and a great tool for social media!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how in-depth you can go with researching metrics and trends for your social pages. I love how easy the listening page is and creating different dashboards is super in-depth and helpful, also. Your customer support is really helpful and geared towards us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I Can't seem to find listening on my mobile device, and just the inbox! Sometimes it logs you out pretty quickly, also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we see everything we are tagged or mentioned in. Very helpful when looking at metrics and our audience.
Fantastic all-in-one tool for social moderation and engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Smart Inbox brings all of your messages from all connected platforms into a single window. Re-posting UGC is incredibly easy, and is cross-platform. so Instagram posts can be re-shared to multiple other platforms in just a few clicks 'n' keystrokes. Sprout's onboarding team and support are helpful and attentive. Reporting is a snap and the reports look fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduled posts occasionally fail, but this is far from the norm. Any other frustrations I've experienced with Sprout have much more to do with the APIs of specific platform intergrations rather than Sprout itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me a TON of time from logging into/out of multiple accounts across multiple devices. I use Sprout to manage 30+ profiles that would be unmanageable otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to use, and has everything you need all at the tip of your fingers! I love having one platform where I can do so many things for our business.The onboarding team was so incredible, and really made me feel "at home" with the platform. They were friendly and took all the time I needed to answer questions we had. It was easily added into our daily marketing tasks, and I know we will continue to learn and grow with how we use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much on the platform, sometimes I feel like I'm not fully utilizing it all. Maybe that's something I'll grow with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has been growing at a rapid pace, and we needed a platform to manage all of our profiles with ease. Sprout has been such a wonderful addition to our company!
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The advantage of having an overview of all the social platforms used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing. E.g.: Stories with link, TikTok with music, the Instagram grid planner also shows drafts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All platforms in one place. Duplicating helps the task.
