What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's customer support and service have been really fantastic. The dedicated account representative has been really helpful in giving me a crash-course on how to use the platform for my specific needs. I'll be delving more into the specifics of the platform in the coming months and just knowing I have a real human to speak to for queries is fantastic. The new features that are launching are also really exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that come to mind now. I'm still getting used to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to real time data-points and observations to derive actionable insights in communications.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how simple and intuitive the publishing section is. As a social media manager it's really important to have a program that streamlines the publishing and approving process and that's what Sprout does. I also really like that we're able to add several competitors so that we can monitor performance. Another thing I enjoy is being able to tag and have internal conversations about reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we're having issues connecting our G4 accounts to all of our accounts. I also notice that the program runs a bit slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to send an interactive content calendar link to our clients for approval. This saves us time going back and forth with our internal team and clients.

It's customizable reporting; previewing posts for ease of viewing.

Not much right now - still new to the platform.

Our previous platform was not as user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has an unrivalled community management function and this is a key feature which makes it our number 1 platform. They're always constantly updating things, adding the latest AI technology to streamline your workflow and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some draw backs, such as not being able to like posts or comments from Instagram, but in reality, these are API restrictions imposed by Meta but still a frustration from a user POV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining work flows across publishing teams, making social media customer service management more manageable by filtering all messages from all platforms for a specific brand.
Very resourceful metrics for paid and organic advertising.

There is nothing i dislike about sprout social.

What do you like best about the product?
While I'm still a Sprout novice, I'm already having a better experience than with my former social media tool. The usability and interface are intuitive and there are numerous options to aid in posting content in the most efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be overwhelming - I 'm finding that it takes time to learn and master all that it has to offer.

All-in-one place for social media - managing, postings, recommendations for higher engagement, and social listening.

What do you like best about the product?
The case management feature, extensive reports available, ease of use, integration and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently there was an issue with profile photos and names not pulling through due to a Meta update and it took quite a while for this to be rectified (7+ days).

Community management for multiple social platforms and pages in one place allowing for better time management and response rate

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout offers the ability to post to multiple social channels from one easy-to-us platform. I'm a new user but it is intuitive and honestly, fun! Our onboarding specialist taught me about every feature and listened intently to my needs. I haven't used all of the features yet but I can't wait to keep learning the platform. Right now, my favorite feature is the ability to track competitors' performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
If my company ever stops using Sprout, I'm not sure I will be able to keep access to historical analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had to publish posts on every social channel separately. Sprout is a major time-saver.
