Sprout is an amazing Social Media tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in Sprout is the AI tool to draft 3 separate posts to pick from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is having to guide a new member to add themselves by using my login. There needs to be a better way to get members added without obtaining their personal login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing my leaders exposure by staying relevant and always posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy to use, intuitive, and powerful tool for social teams of all sizes. They make it easy to understand what content is working, and even easier to schedule and manage content across all of our channels. Their account and support teams are also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening dashboards could be cleaner, but there are lots of learning and help documents to assist with this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us one single source of truth for our social analytics and makes it easy to schedule all of our content.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the most reliable and user-friendly social management platform that I have used and its features are phenomenal. In a recent meeting with a customer support manager, we discovered several new features that are exceedingly helpful for our daily use of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern with Sprout is the cost. It is certainly a premium product and the base option is well worth the money. However, some of the analytics and listening features that are bundled with competitors standard licenses require a premium add-on for Sprout. Each add-on is priced quite high for our small organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy for us to track conversations about our business, schedule and post content to all of our channels, and track what is working for our audience.
I like it. Does everything I need it too. I would like to add video easier and edit it.

Sprout Social Analytics has been an invaluable tool for managing and improving social media performance. As someone who oversees multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, I appreciate how streamlined and user-friendly the interface is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the data isn't available real time. And not being able to add links to stories when scheduling

Being able to post videos and covers acrosss all our social media accounts. Saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like scheduling tools with posibility to cooperate with different team. We have more than 5 different channel in 4 different type of social medias. Sprout social gives us nice scheduling tools, social listening and analitycs. Really reccommend.

I don't like amount of price, it's too expensive to have more user or for small bussiness.

It was extremely easy to implement and works well with our social media plan. It gives us all the tools we need. We use it daily.

Nothing specific. We are still exploring the featurss.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an all in one platform that allows you to run multiple accounts at an incredibly indepth level. The interface is user friendly and they are constantly listening to users and adding updates accordingly. They have fast and efficient customer support and put time and effort into helping you solve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Sprout Social is the cost. It is definitely one of the pricier social media sceduling platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is streamlining how we manage multiple client accounts. As an afgency it helps us keep client time to a minimum so we can work on content, scheduling and analytics (which also happens in Sprout Social).
Sprout offers the best social management and listening platform in the industry, but a bit pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social for two years as my social media management and listening tool for my university. The platform is extremely intuitive and user friendly. The publishing feature allows me to schedule posts in advance easily across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok. The listening feature allows me to track what's being said about my university in an unparalleled way. The reporting feature allows me to collect and share data with my administration easily. I use Sprout every single day, multiple times a day. My Sprout rep has done a fantastic job supporting our needs and is always proactive about fixing issues before they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest, the only downside of Sprout Social is the cost. If your budget allows it, I would reccomend Sprout. But be aware that they will raise your rates by about 7% each year. Because of this, my university has had to cut our contract with Sprout after the 2024-25 fiscal year. We've contracted with them for more than a decade, but as the rates have continually risen, we are no longer able to afford the cost of $25,000+ per year for their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to plan and schedule my university's social media content in advance, which is very helpful. It allows me to track mentions of the university, keywords, users, and hashtags. It also creates powerful analytics that I share with the university's administration quarterly.
