What do you like best about the product?
Collates all socials in one place so you're not constantly switching between apps, and allows you access to see report of activity across your accounts as well as being able to tag comments and messages into different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does have TikTok dms yet, but a minor issue that I know they're working on fixing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to switch back and forth between apps or collate analytics manually.

I like the how easy it is to compose a new post.

The layout of the calandar can be a lot at once when looking at the scheduled posts for the month.

Thankfully I haven't encoutered any serious problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how integrated and nicely cohesive the platform is amongst all the various social media channels. Its

The app can be slow at times in regards to loading content, loading pages, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to schedule post content to be ahead of content posts and it allows us to have a more structured presence on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was amazing, and LJ was a huge help in getting my business up and running in Sprout. The customer support is so helpful and quick to get back to me whenever I have a problem.

I have enjoyed getting to use the report tools during weekly marketing meetings, as well as get my content scheduled out in advance, although I am using Sprout every day!

I am excited to continue exploring the easy-to-use software, and know that I will get a lot of use out of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for there to be more LinkedIn tools, such as competitor reports. My business does not use Meta or Twitter as much, and I would love to have these numbers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me streamline and simplify my social media marketing efforts, allowing me to work on other projects without worrying about getting my content out for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I am no longer doing or tracking my social platforms in different websites or trackers it is all managed in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there was a pdf about the most asked questions or useful tips located in the dashboard that would help! I know that we have our direct contacts but sometimes it is easy for those things to slip your mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about sprout social is it's intuitive and user-friendly interfact, which allows me to effortlessly schedule and publish my soical media posts, analyze perfromace metrics, and engage with my audience all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of sprout is that it can be a bit pricey, espcially for small businesses or indiviuals with limited budgets, making it less accesible for those who are just starting out in social media management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solces the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platfom that streamlines scheduling, publising, and analying perfromance, saving me time and effort. It helps me stay connected with my audience and build brand awareness. Ultimately benefiting me by enhancing my online presence and maximizing my soical media impact.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to review LinkedIn posts daily before they go out, including seeing how the posts look before use. The team is also always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to tag multiple accounts in draft posts
